My mom waited 3 weeks just to get a referral letter for ortho specialist and she still didn’t get the referral letter. Really slow, almost non existent service.

I love doctor Johnson but the staff there sucks. They never answer the phone I been calling for over 2 weeks trying to schedule a appointment. It’s ridiculous somebody can really need some serious medical attention and they can’t even reach their doctor.

Dr. Johnson is a compassionate and thorough and I feel lucky to have her as my PCP. Never stirred me wrong.

Dr. Johnson is a good doctor but good lord! I been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month. Once I got the appointment they told me it was going to be at 3pm on 2/5/2021 and the staff called me a day before telling me that they change the time to 2: 40pm which didn’t fit in my schedule. On 2/5/2021 I was getting there a couple of minutes late and they told me that she had another appointment at 3? So how is she suppose to take care of me and get blood work done and a referral if my appointment was at 2: 40 and she has another one at 3? And a virtual call after. I been having gastro problems for over a month! Every single gastroenterologist has told me that my PCP which is (Cheryl Johnson) has to give me a referral so I can be seen. I been sick for over a month and I went to the ER twice which is $920 in total. The staff needs to get it together and so does the doctor! I been dealing with nausea and constipation for over a month. They won’t even open up their schedule for people that need help like myself ASAP. Cheryl Johnson said that she send out the referral with the nurse that works for her and today I called the gastroenterologist dr. Trabanino to see if they send out the referral and they never did! I called Cheryl Johnson’s clinic today and I was on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered. I will be reporting her staff and her for the lack of carelessness and horrible customer service. Now I have to pay more money for a better insurance just to see a doctor that has appointments available. HORRIBLE! Open up your availability specially for people that need care ASAP! Since the ERs are always packed and they don’t take this cases seriously. All this 1 star reviews are true! Do not waste your time. Just report then to the insurance company.

I would have been a new patient at Dr. Cheryl Johnson's office, but I decided to look somewhere else because of the unprofessional person who answered her phone when I called. I did not hear her ask me to hold, but she left me on hold for over 10 minutes.then when I called back she wants to tell me that should tried to get back to me. Who leaves people on hold for over 10 minutes at a doctor's office. Just lost a potential patient due to her unprofessional staff. Moving on to another doctor.

Dr. Cheryl Johnson is great. However, the staff is lazy and lacks compassion towards the patients. They dont care what your medical issues are and how urgent it is to get your medical records in order to see a neurologist. All it takes is grab my file run it through the copy machine and hand them to me I dont mind paying for them but they dont seem to care how urgent this is. God forbid I have a tumor or something in my head. I don't think people who aren't compassionate should be in a doctors office.
