The care is good but try to ensure that your appointment is ok. If you do not appear on the list, you will not be able to use the restrooms, no matter how urgently they have, they will not let you enter the restroom. This is the bad thing about the Johnson Controls companies, they are very dismissive of the drivers

I came here to my delivery 12: 00 pm on Sunday, was told to come back to check in at 7: 00 pm, my appointment was 4: 00 am Monday so I was great full this guys were able to work me in that night.
My issue was late at night and when I was done unloading I was out of hours and just park outside on the street, that’s no biggie but later I needed to use their porta potty and Lady Security didn’t want to allow me to use it, I even asked please only this time and I got a NO for an answer and that those were their rules.
I really appreciate the way they treat drivers overall, the two security persons before the Lady I spoke with were awesome and helpful, the facilities were good, the restroom use was the only hiccup, thank you for what you do for drivers.

This place is located off I 10 and I 410 north in San Antonio, TX. You arrive through Exit 580 and take the perimeter. There is a place to wait for your appointment. You check with the guard and he explains what to do. They are attentive and download quickly. You have to disconnect the red socket, block the trailer tires and hand over the key. You have several truck stops nearby.

Good treatment, friendly guards, fast unloading as long as you take your appointment on time you can rest outside and they have portable toilets
