Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store reviews
7Matt was very helpful in providing valuable information about the equipment. He asked great questions regarding my workouts and the goal I wanted to achieve in order for me to compare and select the machine that would work best for me personally.
Great service and awesome experience. I am very happy with my purchase. The advice and coaching I received about the best equipment for me was superb. It gets no better than this.
Matt greeted me at the front door with a smile. He took time to show me around the store, answering all my questions. When it was time to make a decision, I didn't feel pressured. I left the store feeling I had make the right decision. I would highly recommend Johnson Fitness for your next fitness purchase.
Lee is super fantastic to work with. Enjoyed picking out our equipment. He knows the products very well.
Excellent service. We found the correct equipment and were given explicit usage information.
This was a fantastic and seamless experience. I went into the store looking for gym flooring and a treadmill. Lee was extremely helpful and informative with no pressure tactics.
The next day I made the decision to purchase both, and made the transaction over the phone with no issues. I cannot express how pleased I am with this purchase and experience.
I just had everything installed yesterday, and it looks better than I expected.
The Arlington, TX store has been dishonest with me regarding providing information on selling or trading my elliptical. Also, sad to say, the Southlake, TX store did responded and offered me a mere $200 to trade for something new for an elliptical that is barely used and worth at least $2000, despite being only two years old. We bought it from them for $3000. It is disheartening that there are so many unethical businesses in the USA.
