My initial Johnson Fitness experience was in Houston. Although we didn't purchase from the Houston location, the service was outstanding. So was the service at the Austin store. We purchased rubber mat flooring for our home gym. Beyond friendly, they made the extra effort to find additional mats once we realized the day before delivery we needed to add one more row of mats to the length. The store manager also arranged for an experienced installer to re-assemble an old Hoist machine which he did expertly. From the first visit in Houston to the last interaction with Austin, we felt like we were valued customers and each employee went the extra mile. We will definitely be repeat customers.

The sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us what are needs were and explained what would be the best fit and value.

Johnson Fitness was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a treadmill and weight bench for our new home gym. Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best equipment for our space and needs. They had everything in stock and had it delivered within 10 days. Delivery guys were wonderful and showed us how to work everything and put bench together. I would definitely purchase additional items from them in the future. Very friendly and helpful staff. So excited to have our new workout space up and running!

Pretty amazing to have such a place close to home. A good in-store selection, plus anything you want can be readily ordered, delivered to your home, and professionally built/set-up. I worked with Dillon Perry, who was extremely knowledgeable about Hoist fitness equipment and all the various brands of treadmills. He got my order established, did not try to oversell me, and even helped me get a substantial discount through my physician.

Dillon Perry is a great and highly knowledgeable sales person. He was helpful pointing us towards the equipment that best suited our needs and did not try to sell us higher priced equipment that we didn't need. His 25+ years experience and his personal experience with different treadmills and stationary bikes was invaluable. His knowledge of the equipment and what the different brands offered helped immensely in our decision to purchase a treadmill & stationary bike. He was also helpful in giving us discounts where he could. We met with him two days in a row and highly trusted his recommendations.

Dillion took great care of me through the process of purchasing a cable machine. Will definitely be back to add additional pieces to the gym!

This is the place to go for fitness equipment! Dillon was fantastic, especially his knowledge of the equipment. He asked specific questions about what I was looking to use the equipment for and offered suggestions on which equipment would work best for what I was trying to accomplish. Seriously impressed with the customer service and highly recommend this company.

I had held off on my review to see how the company responded to an initial "challenge" after the sale, but now I want to commend not only Dillon but the company as a whole. From a presales perspective Dillon was amazing and took the time to help me understand the best fit and allowed me to try a few treadmills first. The main issue I had was with the logistics and communications. After sending a note I did receive prompt responses from Dillon who took charge and made sure I was aware of delivery dates and times. The techs that did the setup were very professional and knowledgable. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I LOVE the features of the Horizon 7.8AT.
