I haven't been there but seems like a very cool vacuum store. There should be another location of this business open in Flower Mound or somewhere near Flower Mound.

Yes I was very pleased with everything that was shown to me to see how much my vacuum was not picking up. I was very impressed and I will let my friend's/ coworkers know all about my experience. You guys was awesome. Keep the spirit you guys have and Be Bless! My first Kirby. My husband Loves it️!

We dropped off a Dyson needing an electric cord replaced 1/26/23.1st, we were told the amount was $59.99 & would be a genuine part & were charged $70.79 instead. We called about this & no one would answer repeatedly. Finally, after showing up & calling repeatedly, we got someone to agree to pay back the difference, but that has yet to occur. 3 months later & after every excuse in the book as to why it took so long, we have retrieved our vacuum, but with an after-market cord instead. I can only assume that they hope you leave your vacuum & give up so they can sell it. Thankfully, we were able to get ours back. Beware, though, that you may not get yours back or be able to get in touch w/them at all. Very shady! The only person that we spoke to that seemed honest & had good customer service was the woman at the front desk.

You are a great person. As of this short time I have had the vacuum l have really enjoyed it.

Great service. Friendly & informative. Available to immediately answer calls/concerns. Originally called because I needed my Bissell steam cleaner checked out. They made an appointment and came to my house. After checking it out the asked if they could show me a Kirby product that did a great deal of things including carpet shampooing. After a demonstration my husband and I decided to purchase. A few days later I decided to shampoo my carpet with the Kirby. There was a problem and I called. They came to my house, fixed the problem and even showed me again how to use the product. Don't know of any other company that would do this.

This family business is awesome. I wanted to service my 13 year old kirby and instead ended up upgrading to the 2023 model. No pressure to upgrade either, they just demo'd the new features and cleaned my bedroom carpet for free. The vacuum sells itself. Only thing I recommend to Kirby is to add components that make it easier to vacuum your stairs. I bought a drill based soft brush to clean the stairs after using the kirby sprayer, and it worked like a charm. Carpet looks brand new!

I was at odds couldn’t find a belt nowhere. I went online fought this company called spoke with this young lady, I told her my dilemma she immediately told me they had the belt when, I got there she greeted me with a warm smile and had my belt. I’m a happy customer will return again. She also offered me a free carpet cleaning. ️

This is the best place. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need to have your vacume fixed go here, if you need to buy a vacume buy it here, if you need a frendly smile go to Johnsons Vacuums.

Very Nice place and the poeple or Frindley to and they will come and get your Vacuum for you and put it back for you

The best customer service you will ever experience!

Mr Johnson answered my phone call and you could hear the smile on his face. He was helpful and directed me to their location closer to me in Waxahachie, which was much appreciated. They were flexible to my needs, allowing me to pick my vacuum up (after a cord repair) from the location closer to my employer in Desoto. I stayed in the store at least 15 minutes just chatting with the friendly employee there. I teach customer service and my standards of expectations are very high. They surpassed every expectation in that regard. Of course the repair of my vacuum was reasonable and appreciated, too!

I was looking for a place to get my vacuum cleaner fixed I called Johnson's vacuum cleaner Mr. Johnson was so pleasant so helpful went above and beyond. His customer service is outrageous very helpful very polite I took my vacuum cleaner to him today and he fixed it he was such a pleasant person a man of God so positive and it's so hard these days to really meet people that is so pleasant and so helpful Mr. Johnson May God continue to bless you and overflow your business with abundance of blessings. I took my Kenmore vacuum cleaner in for a belt change and a stuck wheel. I was greeted by Mr Johnson who was so polite and friendly. He immediately helped me and not only replaced the belt, he repaired the wheel at no charge. He also cleaned the vacuum cleaner and made it operate like new! The service was out of this world and he was so polite. The price was extremely affordable. Way below what I was expecting to pay. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a blessing to find an owner operated business with good old fashion customer service!
