5Just sit and stare at you while you can hear them playing game on P. C. I stood there ten minutes and finally one acknowledged I wasn't going to leave. He acted like he was looking up my part, then said ""NO LISTING FOR THAT"", truth was he didn't want to find it. I'm done with these guys.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, even to a guy who isn't in the HVAC business.
I needed a fan condensor motor after 3 days of no ac. With my home warranty dragging their feet I wasn't happy. Called BJ and he crossed the fan motor number no problem. I went into pick it up and BJ was more than happy to explain the hookup difference. Installed the motor and ac works again. Thanks again to Johnstone staff.
