Take 10 mins to order and 15 mins to prepare food, so don’t come here if you have limited time. Service is also very rude.

My favorite fried chicken, very crispy and I love the spicy chicken, they have chicken sandwiches, rice and spaghetti. They also have great deserts and drinks. A must try, it might be your next favorite fried chicken spot!

This restaurant is very busy. The food is delicious and freshly cooked. The service Is wonderful? It has a community atmosphere.

Filipino fried chicken, this place was good, service was good, but you have to wait for your food, we got there at 6 pm and didn't get our food till 640pm, but once we got our food I wasn't frustrated anymore, the food was delicious, It's a great experience if you never had Filipino food.

The chicken was hot like not cold which was good and I got the spicy bucket which was good, something about the chicken is missing, the price is expensive, my first time trying it out. Its not a place ill return to, but glad I tried it out, Friendly service.

It's a pretty cool little chicken spot. Doesn't seem to be anything more than any other chicken spot besides a change in Mascot. Staff was very friendly too

CHICKEN KILL JOY!
I have to return the Chicken Joy bucket I bought yesterday. It does not taste near the Chicken Joy I know and was proud of. I replaced it with 2 yumburgers (since I was hungry) and to my surprise, it does not taste like Jollibee either. I brought home an Aloha, Spag and Palabok, for my wife. The Aloha was dry and like the yumbuger, does not taste like it used to. The Spag was anemic! Pinoys will know what I mean. Palabok was ok. I WANT MY OLD JOLLIBEE BACK! The taste we grew up with and was proud of. We take pride of bringing them to work for coworkers to experience. Pinoys, dont pay extra for regular fried chicken and burgers. We all agree to pay premium for a piece of home. If it does not taste like Jollibee, send it back. I hope Jollibee is listening.

Service here is always great. Food is always fresh and so yummy, one of my friends’ & I’s go-to spots.

KFC WHO? This restaurant has the best flavorful, super crunchy, and crispiest fried chicken. It’s delicious and understand the hype now. Will never buy kfc or Popeyes ever again.

This is always a must so every time I'm in Houston. The food is fantastic and just as nice as in the Philippines.

It’s the closest we can get to home (Philippines)! It may be a different taste to fried chicken, spaghetti, and hamburgers for westerners but definitely a must-try. Order pineapple juice and peach mango pie while you’re in there and thank me later!

This used to be my favorite fried chicken place but after the pandemic the quality has gone wayyy down.idk if they are cutting costs but the quality of the chicken is noticeablely different. I literally got sick from eating it.never again, will miss their potatoes and gravy but it's just not as it used to be.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was efficient. Employees were courteous. The spicy chicken is spicy. The Adobe rice is pretty good and the gravy is amazing!

My delivery came in a little late and the food is salty. Far from what I tasted in the Philippines.

This place looks and feels like Filipino food. Not only do they sell chiclen, but they even have rice and spaghetti. Its literally like eating alien food. They force you to come back for more.

For a fast food place with a drive through, expect to park and wait a LONG time. Not worth for a small order

Crews faces are dragging and the food service keeps getting longer and longer. I waited like 45mins and my orders are still pending until I just requested a refund. Poor thing.

Second time getting Jollibees second long wait. Both times ordered 10 piece plus extra sides. Apparently this is a"large order". First time walked in, hour+. Second time ordered online waited 45 minutes longer than ETA. Again, love the food.
