Easy to schedule online, quick response to calls, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a consultation for mouth pain.drove up and was gone within 30 minutes.

I always feel rushed and unheard. I've been a patient at Jollyville since 2009 with Dr. Roach, loved when Dr. Emeigh took over, but I switched dentists a year ago. I gave Dr. Wise many chances but I don't ever feel welcome or listened with him. I've stayed at Jollyville for my Invisalign but after receiving totally wrong advice (Dr. Wise recommended wearing my retainer to have teeth move, which even Invisaligns website doesn't recommend) I've reached out to have that treatment transferred as well.

My first time visit. Very Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Mandy was amazing! She explained me step by step what was my current situation with my teeth and further actions to take.

They were able to schedule me within 3 hours of calling. Their x-ray machine was much nicer than other dentist offices I've been in. Friendly staff and doctor.

I had previously gone to another dental practice where my son needed sealants, a filling and a couple of baby teeth pulled. The previous office had terrible time/appointment management and was unable to complete his treatment plan after his routine cleaning. After being in office for 2 hours, mostly waiting, I would say I was over it. I was not willing to stay for an unknown amount of time and hang out until someone could finish the job.

I was referred to Dr. Wisely's office recently where I called and was able to get a last minute appointment that I needed for my son.

I was immediately greeted by Angela at the front desk with all warm smiles. Alex began working on the sealants and was kind and patient with my 12yo. He wasted no time and got the job done.

Dr. Wisely came in right after to work on the filling and kept this appointment rocking and rolling getting right into pulling the last of some stubborn baby teeth. Dr. Wisely was also kind and got it done without scaring my kiddo. There is nothing more important to have a dentist (and staff) that can help keep the experience trauma free for patients.

The staff is so kind and were not pushy with me or my kiddo. Insurance was handled before I walked in the door, I knew what we needed to do from the previous appointment and everyone was able to jump in and get it done without any hassle. LaCett came in to check on my son and gave him a friendly reminder to brush his teeth if he planned to keep them all.

I will be scheduling my own whitening appointment soon and we already have our next routine appointments scheduled for both of us. Looks like we will be patients for life at Jollyville! Love!

Definitely 5/5, I had a couple of fillings done by Dr. Wisley, and I am really happy with the result. No pain, and he was really fast, I was good to go in literally like 35 minutes.

I went in to get a teeth cleaning and the submit removed off of my teeth the staff member that spoke to me on the phone didn’t say anything about costs except for they were running a new patient special, they waited until I was in the chair with someone’s fingers in my mouth before they would quote me a price. Highway robbery. If you go to these people nail them down on their costs upfront Otherwise you will be paying more

I really like this dental office! Even when calling the office the lady who runs that front office is so positive and helpful, the dental hygienist have always been thorough and informative. And the Dentist.he's great! Actually listens and follows up as promised. They have a great team and it's nice to say, " I enjoy going to the dentist". Lol!
