My favorite part of this course is the convenience to get it all done in one week versus spreading it out over 2 years. Jon is very nice professional and RESPONSIVE!

I was having some audio problems with all the videos except the intro video, no sound was playing.the videos don't have a sound control except the intro. I spent about an hour checking and trouble shooting my PC when I couldn't find anything wrong. Audio was playing from every other source but their website. I then called the number listed for IT support for some advice and got no help. He only stated that it was my computers fault and to watch the videos on my phone. All I wanted was some advice on finding the problem or to see if the website had a problem (since he admitted to the videos and website being 16 years old and that he couldn't do anything about it). He then accused me of "only wanting a refund. ".

AMAZING! I wish I could have Jon teach me every subject throughout my career. Smooth class, easy to understand and digest, with a hint of comedy. Thank you again, Jon. See you in 2 years when I need to re-certify again!

I recent bought the 16 hour paramedic refresher/CE to prepare my self for my 3rd attempt to get my NREMT Paramedic. Nothing had worked for me my previous 2 attempts. This 16 hour course is what I feel is the reason I finally passed my 3rd try. It’s clear and you can tell he cares what he’s teaching. Recommended for everyone.

"Become the field practitioner you are destined to be. "
Jon is an absolute wealth of knowledge. I had the pleasure of attending one of his live classes. He provides so much detailed information, but breaks it down and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Jon truly has a passion for teaching others. He's very down to earth and will gladly spend extra time with those in his class that may be having a harder time. Jon is experienced, knowledgeable, and a dedicated teacher. He is a true asset to the EMS world.

I PASSED! Thank you for your help and for working through this with me and my struggles to get my access! It was all worth it and had me MUCH better prepared for my 2nd attempt. I have been out of school 17yrs in a state that didn't offer National Registry when I got certified.
Your program was the best study tool I used, and I have recommended it to everyone I know still trying to pass! It helped me get back to re-learning terms and info we don't use on the daily that was really tripping me up. After 17yrs of being too intimidated and feeling unprepared, your course got me where I needed to be and passing!
As a result, I can now transfer my license to AR from IL. I have a fiancé and job opportunities in AR that will allow me to make giant strides forward in my real life! I can stop driving back & fourth between a dead end ems job in IL and a real life in AR. I can sell my house and finally leave IL like I have wanted to for so long. I just cannot say thank you enough.

I truly do NOT know where to begin. I have been a RN for 14 years. Quit in January 2022 after my hospital administration killed my desire to be a nurse anymore. I started volunteering at the fire station where my husband works and LOVED it. The chief talked me into becoming a paramedic! I did an online "RN-Paramedic" bridge program (not many of those exist, by the way!) that I quickly realized was in name only. I tried to teach myself. I read the books, asked the guys at the station for advice, did online quizzes. Thought I was ready! I tried (and failed!) to think like a paramedic and not like a nurse when it came time to take the national registry exam. Took it twice last year with less than optimal results. Was too embarrassed to fail for a THIRD time, so I gave up. Was content being EMT - B. I was happy carrying bags and driving the ambulance!

Fast forward 11 months. It was eating at me. I hated the feeling that I was a failure. Plus, I didn't want my kids to think it was OK to give up on a goal that you want to achieve. AND, I was kinda tired of my Lic. Paramedic hubby pulling rank all the time

ENTER JON PURYEAR!

I have been watching your recorded refresher course for the last week. Purchased the extra time because I felt I needed the security blanket of having them to rewatch before my test (which I did this morning! Rewatched the cardiology and airway lectures!)

I took the test today at 0800 and I PASSED! It was like you had the test and were lecturing directly from the questions! I could hear your voice in my head with pointers and stories for many of the questions! (Epi is a HELL OF A DRUG!)

Took his 48 hour paramedic refresher in order to take the NREMT-P exam. This instructor was one of the best ones I've had. He broke down the topics that I've struggled with to a level where it was so easy to comprehend. He shared his stories, gave examples, and mnemonics to better remember these topics. He's very passionate with what he does. 10/10! Thank you Mr. Puryear! Will be returning to take your classes again.
