Dr. White and his staff are exceptional! We drive from Oklahoma to see him. I have two shunts and require shunt maintenance and adjustments and he also identified a shunt malfunction and replaced it for me the first time I met him. UTSW, Dr. White, his nurse Caitlin, his NP and office staff are the best we have ever seen.

It’s been 16 months since Dr. White performed my craniotomy for shunt. The previous doctors I went through had me believing that I could not get help. In fact, because of family history, I thought I had a completely different diagnosis that was not treatable so I was not inclined to do the surgery under a Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus diagnosis. Today I am forever deeply grateful and still improving! I have felt very comfortable at every encounter and sincerely and closely cared for even tho my surgery was April 2020 and health care was being slammed by the pandemic. Now I am functioning and feeling better than In years! Thank you Dr White and Caitlin and University of Texas Southwestern! ️

I have had two operations with Dr white.one in 2002 and another in 2010. Both relieved me of my pain. Whoudnt even consider going anywhere but Dr white and his staff.

When other Drs didn't know what was wrong, and just sent me home. Dr White understood and helped me. Yes, I had surgery. It was very good and professional. I no longer have my pressure headaches. I had the best of care anyone could ever ask for.

Amazing clinician. The absolute best doctor for the procedure I had - trigeminal nerve release. I traveled 12 hrs to see him and I live in a large town but the neurosurgeons has little to no experience locally for my procedure.

My experience with Dr. Jonathan White was very pleasant and beneficial. He took his time explaining my diagnosis and explaining my options and at no time did I feel that I was taking up too much of his time. He is competent, extremely professional, knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon that treated me with kindness and compassion. He performed MVD (Microvascular Decompression) surgery on me in September 2019 for hemifacial spasms with excellent results. I will be forever grateful for Dr. White and highly recommend him to anyone needing help with the same or similar issues.

Dr. White has great staff overall but, he is a horrible person and a negligent doctor and his surgical nurse is a rude bigot who is hateful and treats people terribly. He supports the terrible behavior of his surgical nurse and when confronted chooses to leave patients without care rather than address the poor behavior. It's disgusting.
