The best Doctor ive ever had! I was seeing another doctor in Frisco, who thank goodness retired! And thats how i came across doctor jones and his wonderful staff, including his clinical assistant/life coach! He he takes the time to analyze what you need! He isnt after your money (the frisco doctor drained my energy and my wallet. He would make me go every month just to get a refill and pay) Doctor Jones and his amazing staff will send your prescriptions directly to pharmacy with just a call from me, and will find a pharmacy near you. He is like a breath of fresh air! Him and his staff make life easier!

Dr. Jones has changed my life. He is the only doctor that has truly cared to want to make me better. He seriously is the smartest man I've ever met and he makes you feel hopeful. I could go on and on how amazing he is.

I love how I am always treated like family. Everyone there truly cares about you no matter how busy they are.and they are always busy. Dr. Jones was the first doctor to make me understand why I was feeling the way I was feeling through various concepts. He gave me the reasons and the steps to take to get better. He is the first doctor that made me feel okay for feeling the way I felt. He saved my life! Lidia did too! They are all amazing!

Dr. Wayne C Jones (Doc Wayne) is not like the various other Doctors that I've encountered over the years. He really cares about my well being. He gets to know you so he can make the proper decisions that are specific to me and me only. He works with you and explains the process as well as what to expect when he's making a diagnosis or prognosis. When I don't understand something, he will stop and break it down until I do. Doctor Wayne not only cares about you as his patient, but he cares about you as a person and your family as well.

His Staff is the best. Like Dr. Jones, they care. They go the extra mile to make certain the patient understands the process. Whether you have a question about the appointment or billing, the medication, the insurance coverage. It does not matter. They are there to help. I know first hand that Doctor Jones holds them accountable too.

I find Dr. Jones to be refreshing. He operates as one would expect from any doctor. In my opinion, Doc Jones isn't doing anything unique, but more about the other doctors and what they are not doing.

i even fly to dallas, so i can see him in person.i have some complicated problems and he always has a solution, where as other doc's just turn me away after a couple of visits.his staff is just as caring or more so, if u think so buy them a box of snickerdoodles cookies,)
