Had some initial miscommunication, but at the end I was completely satisfied with my experience. Josh Hughes went above and beyond to get us our vehicle and leave satisfied.

Appointment was for 1: 30pm and i showed up 10 minutes early. I left there almost 4 hours later and all I had done was an oil change and 4 tires replaced that I brought with me. I didn't get an update on progress until 1.5 hours into service and that's only because I asked what was going on. They say to make an appointment so you're not waiting so long, but I would've waited that long anyways had I just drove my car in with no appointment. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Something needs to be done about wait times and being customer friendly - because that mobile update app doesn't do anything.

Young Lady who answered and booked my appointment was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Quick lane greeter was professional and the maintenance team to include tech and cashier were excellent. Dealer services normally get a bad rap but I have been very pleased with the Jordan Ford Team

First time at Jorden Ford and my last, ever again starting with Adrian from service no good at all and Roy the manager my truck was in service for about 8 months and didn’t get anything done “because no parts” so they say they never call back or communicate and today 11-12-21 and still waiting and to top it of the lady in the front don’t want to do her job man the place really need to hire or train correctly!

I needed oil changed and called for appointment. The receptionist said to just simply come in to "Quick Lane" and they would take care of me. I started to leave, but realized my battery was dead in my 2020F-250! After jump starting it, I continued to Jordan for an oil change, and now to check battery. The tech.greeted me, and took my information along with my problem with the battery. He had the vehicle checked out, and quickly told me what replacement cost would be, as the battery checked out faulty. The replacement was very reasonable and additionally a complete check up was done on my vehicle. I was pleased how quick the service was and how competent the technicians are. Additionally, the facility is very clean and very comfortable and beautiful. The G. M.even came by and was asking customers if there was any thing they needed! What a refreshing change! I would like to add that the facility is quite appealing and the architectural design is the best, especially the beautiful stained concrete flooring, so different and unique but yet funtional!

The worst dealership ever. They lied to me, they didn't want to show me my APR after run my credit. How did they expect me to buy a car without knowing my APR?

After an attempted break-in on my truck I needed the door handle assembly replaced. These guys got the part in, painted, replaced a full day faster than I expected.

If I could post a zero I would. This is my second time trying to deal with Jordan Ford, and shame on me for trying their service department again. 2 years ago I was ripped off. Now today, I attempted to go to their service department due to a screw in my tire. It was the closest dealership to where I was, and I walked in to try and get the tire fixed so I could drive my kids. I have a 1 year old vehicle, and I also have the extended warranty and tire warranty directly through Ford. I walked in distraught hoping they could fix my tire. I was immediately stopped by the quick service guy at the counter. He interrupted as I was telling him I have the Ford warranty. His first question was, did you buy your car from us. I said no I didn’t (I bought my car before I moved from another state, which means it’s impossible to drive back to FL to get my car serviced) and he said I would have to pay for any of it out of pocket and then file a claim for reimbursement. I said it’s a Ford Warranty do you not honor Ford warranty’s at a Ford dealership. I had my friend with me and he was so rude I had to walk out nearly in tears. I am a loyal Ford owner and have been. But I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Worst ever.

Highly recommended I told Ted Saldana what I wanted he checked for me and found what I wanted went through the process of paper work and got me my vehicle and a big shout out to Ted Saldana for the great service

John Wallace is the Man. He let me know every fix that had been made (didn’t have to) ;made sure the paperwork was ready to
Sign so I could leave. 15 mins total there

I needed a brake controller installed in my truck, I contacted Garrett Killgore in the accessories department. Told him what I was needing, he said that he could get that done. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, had the controller installed in an 1 1/2 hr, which is better than the time I was told. Great customer service.

I have an 18 year old Ford Taurus that I love and thanks to Jordan Ford it is still running even though it has become a challenge for them to find discontinued parts. They always do an excellent job of repairing and maintaining my old car. Everyone at Jordan Ford is professional and friendly. I have been taking my Taurus there since 2004.

This is the second time that I have come for just an oil change and I have been waiting for over an hour and a half this time. I had an appointment for both times and the first one was an hour wait. This one was only made bc they forgot to do the oil change while my explorer was in the shop for the last 5 days for other items. This is the worst service experience I have ever had! I will never purchase the maintenance plan again as I would rather pay double to get my oil change done in 10mins than having to wait this outrageous amount of time!

Consistently the best service team I have ever used. Adrian Logan is the reason I went to Jordan, but the whole team has kept me coming back year after year. Do yourselves a favor and let these guys take care of your ride!

I’ve been to Jordan Ford multiple times and have always had a positive experience. Today I went into the parts department and had an experience that turned my 5 stars into 2. I waited while a girl with blue hair at the front was texting and didn’t acknowledge my existence. After a few minutes of waiting, she told me to go to service and then proceeded to ignore me without even asking what my question was. Professionalism goes a long way. Parts is not busy and the least you can do is provide decent service to the few people that walk in. This review is solely on my experience with her but everyone else is very friendly and helpful.
