I used Jordan to help me find a new apartment, as my needs had changed, and he did an excellent job. I had some very specific must-haves, and would-like-to-haves, and he was able to find a number of locations to tour. I wouldn't have thought of it, but as part of his research, he checked on-line reviews and other sources to help narrow the search, not just relying on the public faces posted by management companies. We visited 6 locations or so, 3 or which were excellent fits, and the final choice has worked out very well. Jordan is professional, polite, detail-oriented, and productive. For my next move, he'll be the first person I contact.
