My accounts were transferred to this office several years ago after my last agent retired. I have worked with many people in this office. The one that stands out and I request every time I call is Grace. She is very in depth and thorough when working to find the perfect policy or adjust existing policies. No question is to small or silly. She will make time for you. You will not feel rushed or brushed off. She is super helpful in "let me see what I can do for you" vs just getting by with "what do you need done". She has definitely made sure that I want to be a customer for the long haul. Thank you Grace for taking care of my families insurance needs.
