Jorge Villarreal, MD, El Paso TX

He was a recommended doctor by a friend, but I felt like I was just a number and didn’t feel any empathy about my situation. I felt discouraged and felt like I wasted my time.

Doctor Jorge Villarreal has been my Gynecologist for more than 20 years, he has been present in the happiest moments of my life, the arrival of two children. He was also very professional when he had to give us the sad news of a lost pregnancy. He is attentive to my health and the staff at his office have always treated me very kindly.

I've been there twice now and I don't want to go anywhere else. Dr Villarreal is kind, patient, professional and thorough. The waiting room is cozy and has a short wait

I have been treating Doctor Villarreal for more than 10 years and I would not change him for anything.
He has always made me feel very comfortable and has a very humane and sensitive treatment.
All the staff in the office have always been kind to me.
I don't have any complaints.
If you are looking for a very good GYNECOLOGIST, I highly recommend making an appointment with Doctor Villarreal.

He is the first Gynecologist that I see here in El Paso Tx and his service is excellent from the staff to the doctor they have treated me very well thank God

He is the best! Has been my doctor for over 25 years. Is very thorough, really knows me (like in the old days) I'm not just a patient. He really knows medicine bcs he has helped with other medical problems!

I have seen Dr. Villarreal for 20 years and he is a true profesional. He is always attentive to his patient's, thoroughly reviews the file and takes time to listen and thoughtfully answer questions. I highly recommend his services.

Doctor Villarreal is great. His staff however, is not. The front office staff that answers the phone is beyond rude and disrespectful. The lady I speak with always talks over me and interrupts me and has an attitude. I always try to call in with a kind and polite attitude and the way she speaks to me is just unacceptable. I’m an RMA and have worked in medical offices and customer service for 10 years. So please have a little respect for the doctors patients and stop being so gosh darn rude over the phone. I don’t care if you have personal issues or are in a bad mood. There is no acceptable reason to talk to people in such a disrespectful manner. Unfortunately I’ll be changing OBGYN doctors due to the disrespect. I have experienced with the front office staff.

I love Dr. Villarreal. I will miss him when I leave the area. Very kind and concerned for you. I am always able to get appointments quickly, which is much appreciated. However, I think poor scheduling may result in long wait times. I didn’t notice it for my first 2 visits last year but this year, it seems to be significantly longer wait times.
However, I am always grateful for the lovely staff!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Villarreal and his staff. They're very thorough the only reason I give it a 4 star is the wait time. Be prepared to be there around 2 hours or so. Other than that I love Dr. Villarreal as my OBGYN.

They canceled my appt without notifying me. All the front desk lady had to say was they should've called me. And they didnt.

This is my 4th pregnancy and this is the 1st time with Dr. Villarreal but I wish I knew about him before he is very attentive and knows what he is doing staff is very nice
