Measurements were off by several inches in length of pant and jacket.

I go in and spend over $400 for a suit, have the pants and jacket altered and at pick up get no service from a young lady with dark hair. She didn’t verify the alteration was done properly and there was another associate sitting in a chair right in front of the mirror super busy playing on his phone and could care less even when me and my wife were discussing if everything was done right. To make matters worse when we get done she offers a plain clear plastic bag to put it in. I asked if I could have a zippered suit bag because that is what I was given when I bought a sport coat from them a few months ago. She told me that it is up to the manager if they order zippered bags or just give a clear one like you get your laundry at pick up. She was pretty much to the point and came off like “it is what it is” so we left, but if you’re spending a few hundred dollars on a suit you should be given a zippered suit bag AND they should require you to put it on and verify everything fits properly so you feel good about your purchase. You know normal customer service stuff.

Poorest service I think I’ve ever seen. I understand a store being busy, but you would at least think someone would acknowledge you after being in the store for 10 mins. 30 mins later, I guess they finally found time for us. We got to the fitting rooms to try on the tux. No measurements at all were taken, we were just handed items in each size. Between trying each item on, we had to keep getting the store associate to come to the back to keep helping us. Handed us the item and then left again. Literally everyone else there that was there for a fitting was getting waited on hand and foot. This is my first experience with this company and I am not impressed at all. Can’t wait to see what the service is like when we come back to pick up the tux! Hopefully that 10 min ordeal won’t take an hour like today!

Really was disappointed in my experience. Went in there on Monday and Needed a suit for a funeral on Friday. Looked at every option, scoured the place with their help and came up empty handed. Only conciliation was a pair of shoes they had in my size that I had been looking for for another event entirely. So it wasn’t a total lose but just know they are limited for a quick response here. Now I feel like they could do me right if I would have had more time. I will return as they have some other shirts and pants I saw I want to try again.

Overpriced and I had a suit rip on me three times and repaired. And now the other pair i have ripped at the ankle. You'll get better quality literally anywhere else.

I came here with a wedding party to get some suits and was helped by Richard. We stopped by early in the day to get some measurements and then came back later that same evening to finish up. He took great care of us and made sure everything was handled effectively. The building was clean, they had a large selection, and the manager was great as well. I highly recommend them!

Stood in the store for 10 - 15 minutes. Not one employee tried to help. They weren't busy at all. They were standing by the register chatting. I guess they didn't want to sell me a suit. I hope the other Jos A. Banks in town provide better service.

Awkward and rude staff. Was not given any time or respect when asking about suit rentals for my wedding. The staff was not helpful and seemed putout when trying to get more information about the process. Felt judged for our appearance and was not taken serious.

Seven of us came in and needed a few suits and everyone needed a shirt. We had an unexpected funeral. The staff at this store were kind, knowledgeable, and provided unparalleled service. I will be a long time customer.

I wish I could give 10 stars. It was my first time buying a suit and I walked away with 2 along with a large quantity of other pieces I needed and wanted. Richard was a great help and I really appreciated his help. As a salesman I knew that he was being genuine in what he was advising me to purchase and what would truly go with what I needed/wanted.

Great helpful staff that's there to assist without being overly pushy. Jos. A. Bank has been my go to for decades. Clothes fit great, last forever and never seem to go out of style. Ryan was particularly helpful in helping me choose a new sport coat. You can usually catch a great deal, too, if you check out their sales!

Gabe the store manager is amazing. 100% recommend going to this location for custom suits or simply amazing service felt at home here. I checked out multiple suit stores and hands down the best choice I made. This man needs a raise!
