Buy all my suits from Jos. A Bank. Great suits with lifetime tailoring. Needed to get a suit tailored for an upcoming wedding and they had me sized up an out the door in under 15 minutes. Ill be back in a week to pick up my suit just in time for my sister's wedding.

Came in to start the process/scouting for my wedding tuxedo and in about 5 minutes I was greeted by James. He was immensely helpful in informing what the store offers and we went into detail on the different steps, cost ranges and the time period needs for making a custom suit. Such a huge contrast to my terrible experience at the nearby Mens Warehouse. Definitely planning on coming back here in a couple months after I have hopefully managed to get back into shape to create my custom tux.

After reading all of the reviews. What type of service should I expect? I am to be fitted for a suit for my daughter’s wedding this weekend. To be honest, I didn’t have a very good experience at the Webster store. So please forgive me if I’m a bit apprehensive. After all, it’s the most important day in my daughter’s life.

This is by far the best and most competent Joseph A Bank store I have visited in 3 states. I got suits for my wedding through this store, and both Don and Mario (store manager) have gone above and beyond to ensure everything was correct amid all of the COVID craziness. Highly recommend working with Mario and/or Don at this location!

Wonderful service.needed suit for my 9 year old son quickly. The manager had two different stores overnight the pieces. What great service!

07/16 Edit: thIs place saved my wedding. The Beaumont store nearly ruined it, by being closed the day our tuxes were to arrive, and the day after. Super long story, but James and the tailor at this store HOOKED US UP. Best customer service I've had in my life, full stop. Thank you so much James and The Tailor (sorry I wish I knew his name)

Love this place. Out of all the Joseph A Banks, this is my favorite. James Gonzalez is stellar. You can't beat his attitude, or work ethic. Love this spot!

I have never left a review before, EVER, but today is the day my friends! Stay away from this store! The employees there are snooty and think they are better than you. My fiancé came in to pick up his suit for an upcoming wedding he will be in. He had just got back from the gym so he was dressed in gym attire and was immediately judged and treated horribly due to his looks and what he was wearing! Don’t judge a book by its cover people! Treat all as one! Will never go to this location again!

My husband got some sport coats from here. He usually has to get them tailored to fit his shoulders. They have great service, very friendly and accommodating.

This is one of the worst places you can be to get a suit and a bad experience is guaranteed. The lady who they refer to as the "suit fitting expert" has no clue how a suit should fit like and on top of that arrogance towards customers is her main strength. Avoid this place at all costs. To be precise, we recently rented suits for groomsmen and they got it all wrong.

Bad customer service.
6 groomsmen, 5 of them had to redo their suite sizing because the shop got it wrong.
Everyone had gone to the same store to do the measurement. And to top it all of, there was a sales lady with a sky high arrogance.
Of all the wedding rentals I’ve taken, this was the worst one yet.

Kat is excellent at what he does and is worth asking for by name! I've always been treated like a king when i come here and felt compelled to give them a review (something people generally only do when they have had a bad experience) 5 stars from me gentlemen!

Don’t trust their sales people to tell you the truth. I bought 3 sweaters during their buy one get two free event. I specifically asked the sales person, Tim, what the return value would be for each one if a color didn’t work out. He said it would be 1/3 of what I paid (because there were three sweaters). Now I’ve gone to return one sweater since my husband didn’t like the color of it, and it had a return value of $0! He said he could exchange the size but nothing else because he already processed it as a return. I would have to buy another sweater to get a different color. Seriously. So now it’s 2 sweaters for the same price as the 3 I had before I walked in the store. I’m most irritated that he flat out lied to me. I wasn’t sure about the color to begin with so took a chance thinking I could just return/exchange it later after BEING TOLD THAT. What if my husband (or father-in-law who got a sweater also) had gone to return it? Would they have said “it’s free so you get nothing”? ! Do NOT believe what the salespeople tell you! We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere after shopping here since they opened (and the fountains location prior to this one). Very disappointing!

I wouldn't shop here again based off the customer service received off Farrell. Hugely disappointing experience.

Worst customer service ever! Three salesmen looked my husband and I in the face and never greeted or spoke to us. We had intentions of purchasing several items, but we will never spend our money in this store.

Excellent selection and good prices. Whenever I go there I seek out Farrell to help me coordinate my purchases. Farrell is helpful, witty and has excellent taste. I often get compliments from my friends on the selections he helps coordinate.
