18Dr Scales is not only a good doctor but a hoot to be around. He makes you feel comfortable.
Professional, friendly staff. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time which was terrific.
Liked Dr. Scales very much However, I called the office 4 days later for an issue with side affects from medication I was prescribed, I have yet to receive a response or call back.

Dr. Scales is truly outstanding. I liked his exceptional medical skills and compassionate approach.
However, my experience with his office staff is the reason i give him this rating. I have never seen the laziest doctor’s office team in my life… they function like a 3rd World Country Clinic. It took them over 45 days to order a testing kit from labcorp and they keep telling me to check with Labcorp even though there’s an option for providers to call Labcorp to resolve the issue.
My advice to people, don’t leave his office before you get some kind of confirmation that the lab work the Dr. Ordered went through wherever it has to go through.
