Unprofessional staff and office manager who is the WIFE of the neurologist and states she will “think” about seeing a patient. DO NOT recommend

Beware. This office should be ashamed of how they treat their patients who have waited months to see them, who’s lives DEPEND on them. They don’t care about wasting your time, energy or money. They aren’t in this for the bettering of people that is for sure.

The staff was so rude to my uncle. He has dementia and the lady was getting short tempered with him. If you don’t like this profession you’re in because you don’t like a certain diaspora of people. DO NOT GET IN HEALTH CARE

Racially profiles, very rude, discriminates against Medicare & Medicaid and the doctor’s wife work for him & gets to decide if SHE wants anyone to be seen. Manipulative to one’s who they think may be younger based off how they dress and what insurance they use. They also don’t take dementia patients seriously so if you’re dealing with any detrimental health this may not be the place you’re looking for!

Please research this place before you book an appointment. They delete reviews but there are videos online about how horribly they treat people of color. Do not support them!

Very unprofessional, the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Just for me to find out later it was the doctor’s wife. Please do your research before going here. It was a horrible experience.

We should never racially profile anyone. Treat people the way you want to be treated. This is a NEW DAY, NOT THE OLD RACIAL DAYS

They racially profile, and say they don't take Medicaid when they DO. Neglecting to give care to a woman with Dementia. Rude and unprofessional wife answering the phones. Say they "have to think about letting them have an appointment. " DISGUSTING PEOPLE! Have no reason being a medical professional!

This office is DELETING REVIEWS that call them out for their racial profiling and unprofessional behavior, do NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE, RUIN THEM.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! There was ZERO care given, the staff had ZERO training, there was ZERO respect for me. Seriously! The complete lack of compassion and professionalism was TERRIBLE!
