Dr. Snowden was knowledgeable, but he didn’t ask many questions. I had to advocate for myself strongly because I refused to leave without him knowing the full picture. I felt like I was being told what was wrong with my foot without him knowing the full details. I don’t understand why I filled out paperwork ahead of time, then explained the same things to the nurse.only to have Dr. Snowden say things that made it clear he hadn’t been made aware of my notes. I will say once I was more assertive with him, he was kind enough to reinvestigate, hear me out, and explain what else was going on.or how he would pursue answers for my symptoms. I just can’t say with confidence that he would have made an accurate gameplan had I not been blunt with telling him what all was going on. Just wish he had either read the notes or at least asked “Is there anything else going on with your foot? ”

This was my first visit to see Dr. Snowden for foot pain. He is a seasoned orthopedic foot doctor with a soft voice and a comforting mannerism. Very thorough and caring. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to see him again. I also have referred him to my family members.

Dr. Snowden was very nice and professional and made an effort to relate to my injury through a recent bike wreck that his son had. It was a small gesture, but one I really appreciated. My appointment went quickly and was on time, and I've been recovering well.

Dr. Snowden was Great! Knew exactly what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and polite. I thought I was in for a lot of pain and some down time related to my problem. Not so! I have suffered for several years with issues with my foot. I have been seen by three other physicians (podiatrists) with no lasting success in relieving my foot pain. Finally I made it to Dr Snowden. He quickly assessed the problems with my foot and carefully explained my options for treatment. I never felt pressured to move in one direction or the other, or to move in a time frame that did not work for me. Ultimately I elected to move forward with surgery and could not be happier with the result. Dr Snowden accurately described each phase of the healing process and I’m pleased with my progress to date. It was a very complicated procedure with a variety of issues being addressed simultaneously. But somehow he managed to work through it all with no disappointments or surprises. Equally important, I found Dr Snowden to be very professional, and at the same time responsive and available. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an opinion on their foot/ankle pain. I have been very very pleased!
