I am so thankful and happy with Gateway Mortgage. I have bought 2 homes with Gateway and refinanced my last home with them and every time the process is fast, easy, and amazing customer service! I loved working with Josh Allyn, Jonathon Hossenali, and Elmer Salazar. They are a try dream team.

The whole process was smooth and convenient. Jesus is professional and responsive, listing all the options to choose through texting. Responded to my questions on weekends also.

It was wonderful working with the Gateway Mortgage Group. I was lucky to work with Jesus. I came in looking for an FHA loan with TSAHC down payment assistance. Without prompt, Jesus found a separate down payment assistance program that had better interest rates locking me in at a 6.375% rate. To top it off, he even found a grant for an additional $1000 in assistance! I went from putting in an offer to closing in under 3 weeks. It was a stress free process. I would recommend them to everyone.

As a first time home buyer I had lots and lots of questions about the loan process and every time I had a question they explained everything to me, they were very patient and knowledgeable, I actually switched to another loan company because they were offering a grant which they later denied and then I went back to Gateway and Jesús Nevarez helped me again and efficiently so I would not loose the house because we were running out of time for the closing date!

I have to say thank you very much you ladies and gentleman did an extraordinary job! I started out with looking online for lenders for my first time buying a home. I found (gateway mortgage) and was scared to make the call because i was afraid my credit was not worthy to get approved for a house me and my wife wanted. I contemplated for a few days and decided what's the worst that could happen! Jesus was my initial contact and gave me the run down of how a first time buyer works. I gave my information and he made me feel very comfortable as a first time home buyer. I called a few other mortgage lenders and gateway was by far the best approval. They helped me with a awesome realtor named elisa who jumped on our houses immediately and i cant even say enough of how happy i am and thankful we are to have worked with a great team. We found our home and josh allen, michael and a few others stepped in and his team made my process in buying a house so quick and smooth as i was working out of state during the process which they took the lead on making sure every thing was taken care of.
