I recently had an appointment with Dr. Austin but was notified that he was not in the office prior to my appointment and that my appointment would be with Dr. Grady. (I am a physician so I know personal things come up and have to rearrange schedule, so not to mad at it). I was slightly hesitant at first because I had never met Dr. Grady. I was extremely pleased with the care she provided, extremely gentle with numbing on the first time, did not experience any discomfort at all that I am used to with fillings.

Most importantly she was extremely friendly and her bedside manner was impeccable. Being a dermatologist I strive to have excellent bedside manner and she totally outperformed my expectations. If my schedule and hers align I will definitely be seeing her again. Great Job Doc!

Dr. Austin worked on a full mouth rehab case for my husband. He went through invisalign, veneers, composite fillings and a custom made night guard with him recently. The whole process lasted a couple of years. He was very patient and accommodating with us throughout treatment. Lorene was fantastic to work with for billing and scheduling even though it was a challenge to get him on the schedule while being an out of town patient. She was always professional and courteous. Tiana who assisted Dr. Austin always made sure the procedures went on smoothly without a hitch. The hygienists took excellent care of him whenever he saw them for cleanings. I don’t have enough words to praise Dr. Austin’s expertise. His skills are a work of art. He uses the best lab and state of the art technology which ensures best end results. His staff makes sure the patients are treated with care and respect. I can’t thank all of them enough. My husband is very thankful for his beautiful new smile thanks to Dr. Austin and his team. We have referred several friends and family to this office and all of them have shared nothing but positive experiences. Check out this world class practice for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I am writing to appeal to those who suffer from severe dental anxiety and haven't been to the dentist in a few years. This is the place for you. The staff is top notch, from the front desk/administrative staff, to the dental hygienists to Dr. Austin himself. I struggle with dental visits so much that I avoid them. Then I'm embarrassed when I finally do go. I went to Dr. Austin once years ago but ended up moving out of state soon after. Now that I am back, I'm thrilled to have Dr. Austin as my dentist again. I forgot my hygienists name from today but she was SO kind, SO gentle, and SO reassuring and encouraging and really helped me over a big hurdle. The office is impeccable and is the most high-tech dental office I have visited. I left the office today feeling pretty triumphant (even though I need a good bit of work done.)

I went in certain I would ask for sedation for whatever work they were going to schedule, and now I'm realizing I don't need it.

You deserve to feel good about your oral health. If shame or fear (or past traumatic dental experiences) are issues for you, please consider Dr. Austin. Let them know that you're nervous, and everyone there will make you not only comfortable, but excited to get your mouth healthy. I'm proud of myself for going in today, but so much of the credit goes to Dr. Austin's practice for making it so much easier.

Just phoned to get information for new patient exam rude lady Lorraine was rushing through the questions I had regarding insurance. She hung up the call. If their front office people are lacking customer service I suspect the same for the providers. I Do not recommend.

Always a good experience at Dr. Austin’s. I had my cleaning and I got a nice Goody Bag! Thanks, Jill! When I told Jill that my teeth were a little sensitive due to whitening at home, she quickly got me a couple of toothpaste samples to help with that. She was gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Austin came in to check everything. He’s so sweet and always a pleasure to see. The gals in the office are great and personable. The office is modern and very pretty. Great music, as well. I wish I could give this dentistry 5 stars, but due to the disrespectful office manager I will not. My mom and I have both had terrible experiences here.

I had scheduled an appointment at 8 am and since I live so far away it takes me about 25 minutes to get there. When I arrived they preceded to tell me I had no appointment scheduled even though I had texts and voicemails confirming my appointment at that day and time. The office manager came and explained to me how there was nothing she could do for me in a very rude tone. She made it clear she didn’t need to see the messages when I attempted to show her that I had spoken to someone from the office and confirmed it. I had wished to have been given some sympathy for their own mistake or at least an apology because it affected my schedule harshly. She seemed to not care about me or to get me in for the cavity I was concerned about. I could give you a handful of more times that I had was treated terribly by this woman. I will be finding a new dentist.

As a prospective patient referred to this clinic by a friend, I was incredibly disappointed by the unprofessional customer service I received over the phone when I called on 4/7/22 at 9: 41am CT. The lady I spoke with kept cutting me off all throughout our 3 minute phone call, which is unacceptable. I used to work in customer service at a healthcare clinic and would never cut a patient off while they're speaking and if I did, I'd make sure to apologize and let them finish. Seems like there's an entitlement amongst the staff who work here that I don't care for. I'll make sure to relay this back to my friend and anyone else who's considering going here.

Update-
Seems the good Dr remembered who I was. Deflecting. I have no desire to speak to someone or play internet games. It's too late to do the right thing. A reminder too everyone if something doesn't feel right move on quickly, time isn't your friend. But then how would we know.

The hygienist is fabulous. I learned so much from her. Dr Austin definitely blew it in a huge way. He was stuck and focused upon one single thing and wouldn't remove my cap to see what was going on. Absolutely refused. I lost the tooth. I had several other issues he wasnt able to diagnose. Just a warning about seeing a cosmetic dentist who doesn't do realy dentistry.

Neatest dental clinic with calming environment and beautiful people. They're big in adhering to the pandemic protocol. Love Dr. Austin's choice music genre too️.

Dr. Austin is amazing! State of the art tech as well as awesome staff and an office manager who is on top of her game! Their bedside manners are excellent (working in the medical field, I'm a bit critical of bedside manners) and the billing is explained thoroughly. What did I like specifically? They let you know what they are doing and why they are doing as they work on your teeth (I'm a bit of a control freak). This place may be out of my way working from home, but it is very well worth the visit.

Professional service, Amazing staff, super nice and clean clinic, they did immaculate cleaning job for me, I highly, Strongly recommend Dr. Joshua and his friendly staff. I could give 100 stars if possible.

Dr. Austin and his staff are wonderful. I am very picky about dentists, and I won't go to anyone else in town since finding his office. I trust that he won't recommend treatments I don't need. His hygienists do an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I don't dread dental appointments like I did in the past with other dentists.

In addition, the very best, most highly skilled dental cleaning ever experienced by me was performed today by his ace dental hygienist Valerie.
