Dr. Payne and all of his staff are always so nice and professional. The front office ladies are all so nice. Always have a smile on their faces. His nurses are always so nice and friendly. Dr. Payne has great bedside manner. He is very attentive and cares for your well being. He is a great surgeon. He did a great job on repairing my ACL and Meniscus.

Recently underwent shoulder surgery through Dr. Payne's staff. Went exceptionally well procedure and recovery wise. Dr Payne was very optimistic and encouraging during pre & post op preparations.

Office staff were also very helpful and patient. Worked with me on facilitating my FMLA + STD processes.

Been through a handful of physicians for my shoulder in the past 14 years across 2 states, this practice has been the most impactful for me.

He is very great with bedside manners. He let's you know your options. And accepts veterans Triwest insurance which is hard to find

I have used Dr. Payne for a dislocated shoulder with added complications as well as Achilles Tendonitis. He is very thorough and eager to work with you on a treatment plan to suit you. He’s not one to just automatically suggest surgery. His staff is so very friendly, caring and proffesional. It’s evident that the entire team truly care about their patients.

Dr. Payne is wonderful. I had knee surgery and I only had pain for 2 days. He is kind and has a great bedside manner. He is very personable and you can tell he really cares about his patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Payne. He has done several surgeries for me over the last 5 years. (Carpal Tunnel, Rotator Cuff, Bicep Reconstruction, ATFL reconstruction) He is willing to listen and answer my multiple questions with honesty. I am most impressed with his patience and willingness to help my daughter. She is on the Autism Spectrum and he makes her feel at ease and provides stellar treatment that she feels comfortable with and understands. The staff is incredible and I just can't say enough great things.

I have tried to see him twice now as he comes highly recommended. However, his staff has failed him twice now. First time in January I was told he no longer did knee surgeries so after waiting six weeks to see him I started the whole process all over again. Today I had an appointment scheduled for a wrist injury and was grateful I only had to wait one week to see him. Wrong I arrived and was told he is no longer under my plan and they tried calling me twice. Oddly enough i have no voice mail messages. I may have paid cash to see him but given the attitude at the front desk, /i will start the process all over again.

Dr. Payne is a wonderful surgeon! We have had great results with 4 surgeries. Highly recommended.
