This was my first time doing my taxes with Josie. I have to say she is very knowledgeable, a true professional. She’s very accommodating and personable. She took her time to explain everything and delivered exceptional service. She also had a little section with toys for my 4 year old to play while I did my taxes. I will be returning. If there is ever an issue, she is always there to resolve them in a timely manner. Where do I even start I've been coming here since back in 2012 at least and she's been the best I've ever met in tis line of work, she has so much patience and just overall great customer service she does not mind going an extra mile just so you understand what you're signing, she really makes you feel like your almost family, so careful.
