20This company is a scam. They knew school was canceled indefinitely and continue to print out invitations just so they can turn around and say they can't refund you. When you try to reach out to them they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. I will make sure I let the media know of what they are doing. Disgusting COMPANY!
Worst company ever! I placed an order April 27th 2020. My son's graduation picture and a poster for the yard never did I receive the poster for the yard on May 16, I receive wrong photos I emailed the company to tell them that I received the wrong photos. We have been emailing back-and-forth. I still have been able to get anything resolved!
We had to order cap and gown at the last minute because of The Corona. Brian and his team did a great job and our daughter was able to enjoy her graduation!
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CAP AND GOWN FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND NOTHIN. GRADUATION IS THIS SATURDAY AND JOSTENS IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEIR ASSOCIATES AREN’T EMAILING BACK AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS. AND I’M ALSO BEING CHARGED FEES I SHOULDN’T. THIS IS HONESTLY PATHETIC AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED. I SHOULD NOT BE WORRYING ABOUT WHETHER I’M GOING TO GO TK GRADUATION OR NOT.
They never gave me my ring that I paid for and now they can’t find it. They never respond back to me either.
Y’all don’t know how to give someone the right size gown, had me in a hurry to fix a gown that fits someone double my size
I wish I had another choice of where I could purchase my Son's cap and gown. To charge parents $9.95 (handling fee?) to hand me a package is Ridiculous. $58.package is $90.00 after all of their outrageous fees. This is SPECIAL and Emotional time for families and their kids and these people Clearly Take Advantage. The best thing about the whole experience was the very kind black man at the door. Signed, looking for an alternative for my friends and family.
I went in to a packed room expecting a long wait. Surprise! I was waited on with smiles and courteous employees. This place is great! I highly recommend it.
Hours are ridiculous and very inconvenient. No one answers the phone or returns calls in a timely manner. Each time my children graduate it's always a hassle to deal with this company. Glad I only have one more child to graduate!
This company is amazing. They are so helpful with ordering and getting my gown was super quick. Their customer service is great!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible, poor customer services. Hardly ever answers the phone. Not much information is given to those who need their cap and gown.
We ordered 30 invitations and got 10. Some of my friends didn’t even get tassels for their grad hats and others got extras, clearly they did all of this last minute. Everyone I talked to was missing something or got extra. This is kind of a big deal in a persons life and you guys screwed us all over.

I fell dumb because i went to the store at the wrong time but the times is on the phone when i called.theyr real nice an my class ring is beautiful!
The line was out of the door this last Saturday, I thought i was going to be there for at least half an hour, but sure enough I was out of there in maybe 10-15 minutes. The staff was great there, the young gentleman that helped me was polite and got everything I needed that day.
I order my daughters class ring and the down payment was not deposited for over a month. I finally had someone contact me about making payments and I paid off the ring which was supposed to be a fast turn around. I have called every week and sent numerous emails and still no response. Customer services says they don't deal with rings and all they do is take messages and never respond. Horrible company I wish our school would have chosen someone else as vendor!
Placed an order for announcements in May that weren't delivered. Requested a refund 2 weeks later and still fighting for my money bank. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
I moved schools and didn't need the items anymore and i gave 50$ to start my order. I still hadn't received anything from them, so i called to cancel they told me to email the rep.which is Brian Colwill. He only answered me once, but didnt help at all. I then emailed him 3 more times, no answer. Been waiting months, customer service doesn't answer either.
