Very happy with my dealings with the team here. I called looking for a specific model that I knew was hard to find, and Paul told me he would call if one was going to arrive. I had called several other dealers about the same cart, and they all said they’d call me back- none did. Paul actually called me a few weeks later and said one was heading his way.
I also asked for a one-off item to be installed on my new cart, and I knew it was going to be a challenge to get that installed and delivered in my preferred time frame. I had resigned myself that they probably wouldn’t be able to deliver it for me the week I wanted but they came through with flying colors. My new cart is awesome, and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a cart for their family.
Mark and the entire staff was welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had- and I had a ton of them. Most importantly to me they were honest about everything- potential delays in shipping, total cost of the cart, and they didn’t ask me for a deposit to hold it for me.

We found this business as they sell HeyBikes. We are part time Rv'ers and were looking for a replacement E-bike as ours broke. Contacted them via phone and they told us they had what we wanted.

Upon arrival, we were greeted well and everything was explained to us. The relatively new Heybike is cared by them. They went over the bike with us and allowed me to "test drive it in the parking lot".

Mark, the owner, talked to us about his love of the e-bikes and his relations with Heybike. I was impressed. Our last 2 e-bikes had been damaged and I think I will like Heybike more than our other USA built bikes.
