Do NOT purchase anything from Journeys that is not available IN THE STORE. I made a purchase August 28th, in the store, as a direct ship purchase. The company cancelled the order the next day and I cannot get a refund. Three weeks, several phone calls and e-mails later, and I still have no refund for the order they cancelled. Never purchasing anything from Journeys that I do not physically have in my possession when I leave the store. Ever. UPDATE- A month after Journeys cancelled my order, and STILL no refund.
