Very rude employees. It’s almost as if it’s a bother for them to grab you a pair of shoes to try one. Nice store, it’s a shame that the customer service doesn’t reflect the atmosphere…

The tiny petite girl wearing the gray shirt don’t ask her to try on a pair of shoes because she will just look at you and say what. She brought the shoes but just handed them to me didn’t say anything. I don’t expect special treatment but we are customers. I told the other blonde bigger girl that she was very rude and she said well there’s a doc marten store on the other end. So I went there. Don’t bother coming here. All immature and a complete waste of time.

This rating is for the journeyz right across buckle. Big guy that was there on a Saturday came off as rude not sure what his marketing method was lol but it made me never want to come back. I just went to another mall instead. He approached us and basically forced us to tell him our size even tho we kept telling him we were just looking since we had just walked in the store and I didnt get the chance to even browse then continued to give my sister and husband smart rude remarks so we just ended up leaving. It was a disturbing experience considering all the times we have been there and we have came across such amazing employees.

I bring my granddaughter here for shoes. Good selection and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Never have what I want in store. Always have to order online which sucks because I got the wrong color twice. Oh well.

This place has a decent selection of shoes for being a small store. I found some Adidas forum 84 on clearance here. The staff was helpful and friendly too. Thank you Emerald for helping me find the right size shoes.

Poor customer service, Nonchalant attitude, and the prices were a tad bit too high for kids foot wear no doubt. Buck G.
