Joy wash n dry, Irving TX

I always have a good experience I tend to come here alot. Since it is so close and always cleaner than most laundromats. They have machines for exchanging larger bills and those smaller bills into quarters or $1 coins both the machine takes.

I have been coming here since they open but today just was not a joyful day here at Joy laundry. 1st I needed to use the restroom but it was lock I asked the lady (Karen) if she can unlock it but said it’s only for customers only, I had 5 loads of laundry today, she finally opened it.
2nd she saw me put in my clothes in the dryer she told me to take it out and put it in other dryers because she was going to clean them she should have blocked those dryers.
Not very happy with my experience today I won’t be coming here no more.
