JQ Reflexology & Massage reviews
5OMG! They don't even understand English! I went in with knots in my neck and back that were giving me MAJOR problems. I tried to explain where the pain was and thought the masseur was understanding what I was saying. But NO! Nobody understands anything except the thumbs up and the word yes! But they did ask for the tip when the screen came up at payment. They need a translator BAD! The guy who gave my massage just rubbed over my knots, and I know he felt them because I did, every time he went over one! But he didn't bother trying to get them out! He didn't even apply that much pressure during the massage, but he kept asking, "Are you ok? ". As long as he heard yes, he just kept going thru the motions. Smh.that was a waste of my $60 + $5 tip because there was no way I was going to pay more of a tip, and nobody understood a thing I was saying! What the heck! I'm so disappointed! I hate that it's Christmas Eve and I can't go anywhere else because they're the only ones open, and I see why! It is REALLY BAD BUSINESS to have a language barrier between you and your customers, and they are what runs your business!
My first time here. My attendant was LuLu. She has magic fingars! She helped my sore lower back feel much better
3 months ago I applied for this job as a secretary. It is my first time as a secretary in this place. The owner of the spa treats the employees very badly, she literally treated me very badly, she does not know how to be a boss since I applied from the beginning, I told her that I have no experience, she told me not to worry, after the second day she started yelling at me. And she treats me as if I were an immigrant I come from a Latinos family but I was born in the United StatesYou can't be yelling and treating an employee badly. I don't know if they treat people in your country, but you're in the United States. I can sue you.
Far exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and courteous. Danielle gave me a very professional Swedish massage. She listened to my concerns (insomnia and stiff shoulders) and paid special attention to the problem areas. I will definitely be back.
