Blake and John are absolutely the best. They serviced quite a few of my time pieces, and I have never been disappointed. Great customer service time and time again. I would highly recommend JR Brothers to anyone.

Got battery replaced last year - was told warranty is one year but battery should last 2-3 years. Called today to confirm the date when battery was placed. I was notified that they have no system in place to know when the watch was serviced.

Not sure how to believe this information where everything is saved electronically.

Might be correct information but creates doubts in mind about the business being trustworthy.

Others in the mall would repair the watch at much lower price then JR. I am glad I checked the prices before getting the repair.

The manager was very helpful and polite. He went the extra mile to replace a stone and when I left too much money he called to tell me. I absolutely recommend this business.

Beware of the business practices of this company. When they give you a receipt with a price on it be sure to ask them is this an Estimate or an Exact quote of the total cost to provide a repair or whatever the service is. They wrote one price on my receipt but ended up charging me $25 more when I picked up my watch from them for a repair. Be sure to take a picture of the receipt they give you and get that same receipt back for your records. Start recording Your conversations with them as an extra layer of evidence in case you ever need it too.

My watch broke and they replaced the clasp in 15 minutes! Great customer service, great quality of work and good pricing.

I dropped off a watch for repair and was given a price and sales order in writing. About an hour later, when I had already left the mall, I was called and informed that the price would actually be $20 higher than I was quoted.

Great service! Trust worthy and professional! 5 stars all the way! I will definitely be back!

The environment is clean and tidy, the staff is warm and welcoming, my child is having her teeth straightened here and she loves it!
