Jackson has been Dr Stager's patient for 13 years. He has always been so patient and spent time answering questions and going over treatment options. His staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

Our 2 year old had surgery on both eyes, she is not the most cooperative and he was patient and kind throughout the whole ordeal

I gave this office a 5 only because the Doctor was so nice and Sweet with my child. Took his time to explain all questions we had about surgery. Front office staff and checkout horrible. They tried to push 50$ notice saying dilation is not covered By insurances. ITS PART OF A FULL EXAM! What may not be covered by insurance is a refraction.not what we were there for. Then tech tried to tell me the same in exam room. Check out pereon was rude and not pleasant. Personally suggestions: smile be nice, ask how exam was Sweet talk to kids. It's a scary experience for some kids. (Not a ppl person) such a shame cause the doc is awesome.if you can get passed checkin and check out. The doc is a gem.

We came to see Dr. Stager Jr.as a second opinion on our infant daughter’s Nystagmus diagnosis. Our first experience with a local ophthalmologist left us feeling confused and needing more answers. Right away I knew this office was different. Staff was very friendly, and wait times were so much lower than the other office we had been to. We met with Dr. Lou first and she gave us more answers than I received from the other doctor we had seen. She made us feel at ease and confident in understanding her diagnosis. We also met with Dr. Stager Jr.and really enjoyed talking with him and he made us feel comfortable and explained everything fully. Our appointment was just over an hour, which was amazing. We will continue to come to Dr. Lou and Dr. Stager in the future. I can’t say enough good things about them. She is our first child, so as new parents we want the best for her. They are it! Thank you guys for everything.

We have been seeing Dr. Stager Jr since my daughter was 4 years old. The doctor & his staff are kind and accommodating.

Dr. Stager was very calm and soothing with our son for his procedure and after. Very pleased with his staff and with his work.

We were nervous to take our infant daughter but Dr. Stager exceeded all of our expectations! Our wait times were low, the front office staff was friendly and attentive, and the nurses were very kind and prompt. Dr. Stager himself has wonderful bedside manner and helped our daughter feel secure. He also helped allay our fears about the issue and explained the diagnosis and treatment route to us fully. We will definitely be coming back for all future needs!

Its a shame that I was unable to even meet with Dr. Stager Jr. I had for the majority of my childhood been a staple in this office. I had multiple surgeries performed by Dr. Stager Sr and after now roughly 6 - 7 years later I have returned hoping to have assistance as an adult. Unfortunately when i had called in to make a simple appointment I felt the person who answered was very condescending and dismissive. I have enough self respect to take my business elsewhere based on this alone.

Dr Stager was very informative with my eye examination. Discussed all available options to correct problem. Highly recommend.

Many years ago Dr Stager senior corrected my eyes when I found out that he retired and I needed to take my daughter I decided to go to Dr Stager jr. He was very thorough polite soft-spoken and kind.

Great doctor, my son says “he’s nice and calm and he doesn’t make situations sound bad, he comforts you and is enthusiastic about stuff”

He is amazing. I had surgery in 2016 and it wasn't right. I have seen two other doctors who only tried to get me in some glasses. I saw him and right away he said he could help me! I am so relieved. I can't wait for surgery.

I took my daughter in for her yearly checkup. She has been seeing the Stager's since she was 10 months old. They are always compassionate to her being special needs and take the time required to work with her. She asks lots of questions, and Dr. Stager Jr.was very patient and kind in answering them.

The Doctor was on time and explained the entire procedure to me in detail. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

I found Dr. Stager to be completely on the ball. He quickly ascertained my vision issues, provided 3 alternatives to address them, and responded sincerely to my concerns about certain options. I'm definitely proceeding with Dr. Stager's suggested approach.

We have been once so far and had a very good experience. I had to bring all 3 of my kids aged 5 & under. They were great with them and plenty of toys to keep them occupied. The wait wasn’t long either

Referred here for my child's strabismus. Dr. Luu was very nice and helpful. Dr. Stager Jr did the surgery and did an excellent job.

I had a very severe case of Adult Strabismus. Having already experienced 2 surgeries with another highly regarded opthamologist a couple years ago, I was very skeptical that a 3rd surgery would correct my problem. I'm elated to say, that the results of my surgery with Dr Stager turned out much better then even he expected! I can see exponentially better and his experience and skills were key! Thank you Dr. Stager!

Dr. Stager was recommended by our pediatrician for our 18 month old. Called for an appointment only to find extremely rude staff member who hung up and never bothered to answer the call (almost called more than 5 times). We ended up calling our pediatrician office to get another recommendation.
