I have been using these amazing guys for years! I really enjoy coming in and being greeted with smiles all over. William goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are taken very good care of. I come because I love seeing William. He always makes a bad day good when I see him.

William is always so great to assist in any special needs I have needing expedited and/or alterations performed on my favorite garments I wouldn’t trust to anyone else! They were absolutely wonderful! Took in my wedding dress to get cleaned and not only did they do an amazing job, but it was ready in a third of the time that was originally promised! The customer service was also impeccable. If you go, ask for William!:)

They always do a great job. Very quick to communicate, and even fixed one of my shirts that I thought was too damaged to be repaired.

I’ve resided in Dallas, going on 7 years now, and have tried countless dry cleaning services…This is by far the best and most consistent experience that I’ve had. Professional staff, very organized, and my clothes hasn’t had any issues. They will also work diligently to expedite your clothes within their means, if the need arises.

William at J’s worked a miracle on a linen jacket I had. There were stains on it that I hadn’t seen for several years. I took it to Avon twice, and they told me the jacket was ruined and couldn’t be fixed. J’s was recommended to me, so I took the jacket there. William took personal interest in fixing it and my jacket is good as new. I have found my new favorite cleaners!

William and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and helpful. KC refitted my favorite suite and looks damn good. Only tailors I’ll let touch my suites

William at J’s Cleaners is a miracle worker! My wife had a brand new dress and the first time she wore it, an entire glass of red wine was spilled on her. She thought the dress was ruined but William and J’s Cleaners worked like crazy to get stain out and dress looks like it did when she bought it. You would never know. Happy wife equals happy life. Absolutely love this place. They are so great and professional. Took my husbands suit there and he left his watch it in. William texted me and held it somewhere safe until I was able to get it. They were able to get stains out of a dress that I had taken to 2 other cleaners with no luck.
