Juanito's Liquor Store, El Paso TX

Grandpa was the only reason I visited. Nobody there has the spunk or personality Leo did. Now run by cousins and who knows who. No real courtesy or empathy here! Eddie kicks, but that's a different story. He loved my grandpa, and it shows! I'm sorry, but this review is made upon reality of the situation. Leo's gone, and most of his customers. I Love You, Richard. You were always cool with me! And May God Bless your business. But, in all honesty, I hope the money isn't affecting your heads! May God Bless You. And remember, we were all great customers! (I'm family, and I've never even received a discount!). Not even 10%!? ! Wow! I'm never going back!

Loved this place but can't shop there anymore. My cousin had told me about Juanito's and the first 2 times I went Roy helped me the first and Jackie and Jose the second. Roy sold me some high quality and expensive bourbons and whiskies and the second trip was amazing with Jackie and Jose making great suggestions and helping me find some amazing and hard to find bourbons and whiskies. The third time I went in Roy was working and point blank blew me off. When I asked the guy working behind the counter finding some nice Japanese whiskies I had polished off over the weekend, he asked Roy who said they didn't have them. I looked around for a little while longer then found the exact whiskies I had asked for by name in a locked shelf. I was bummed Roy had lied about them not being in stock but excited to get them. That's when they said they started a new program and only frequent customers could buy them. In the two trips I had been there before I had spent nearly $2000 total (yes I have I problem with collecting), but Roy wouldn't budge and barely acknowledged me. It would have been one thing if he would have acknowledged they were there and told me I would need to sign up for the program, but he knows the inventory and knows about what good bottles he has in stock ALWAYS, so it wouldnt surprise me if now he is just saving them for himself or his friends and family. I'm really bummed because I love supporting local and must say that everyone at that store is great, excluding Roy. I won't be going back and will make sure to tell my friends and family who collect or own bars to try and steer clear of Juanito's, or at the very least Roy.

An incredible purchasing experience. I wanted a very rare and in demand buy. I walked in with very little knowledge and walked out well informed on various levels of product. An extremely inviting atmosphere that offers tastings and special events. If you are looking for great pricing, rare finds and great genuine customer service. Juanito's is it. Thank you Juanito's!

From Alaska driving through and needed to pick up some Armenian Brandy for family in Silver City, New Mexico and read good reviews on Juanita's and way surpassed expectations. It's a family-run business with an amazing model train in the back with free fresh popcorn they went out of their way to find the Brandy, it was in a horse shaped bottle and she noticed the post was broken on one leg and found another bottle. Highly recommended lots of selection and great prices and wonderful staff! Only recommendation would be to put prices out so we didn't have to keep bothering the staff

I love this place, always stocked with the best spirits both on the shelf and behind the counter; by far the friendliest, most helpful, workers I’ve ever encountered, all of whom are eager to share their knowledge, good will, and best bargains!

The staff at Juanitos were very helpful and offered great service as we prepared for our company picnic. From speaking to them over the phone to picking up our items at the store. They offer great prices and have pretty much anything you can think of in stock. I would highly recommend them.

We're from outta town. It was suggested that Juanitos was the best liquor store in the area. That suggestion was spot on! What a hidden jem. The selection was fabulous. I was looking for rum (Matusalem) they had it, tequila (Conquistador) they had that too. And the bourbon! If you're looking for the good stuff, go to Juanitos!

Came here yesterday with my mother and a friend of hers and i was pretty much in shock when they told me that they have a railroad models in the back. I always wanted to see one of those now I can go to juanitos to see it

I love doing business with this store! They truly are service oriented and care about their customers. The owners make you feel like family. Highly recommend it! You won't regret it.
