Horrible place. 8 months for dentures.scam going to make sure soonercare knows they here's about there scam

Had an routine checkup at this location and they told me all they could do was pull out all my teeth. Glad I got a second opinion, I wouldn't trust these people to make medical decisions on any part of my body, if I had I'd be a toothless 20 year old.

Someone very dear to me had their dog grab their denture and chewed them beyond use. I did some research for her because she is on SoonerCare. Nobody in Oklahoma did dentures under SoonerCare but not only did Jubilee Dental help her out but they got her an appointment in less than one week! Well she called me once she had been to her appointment and she spoke glowingly about both Katie and Nichole. She has been through some real horror stories previously and to be treated kindly and helpful she could not have been happier. She has another couple appointments to go, but if they go even half that well, she will be ecstatic. I don’t know why customer service and common decency are disappearing these days but it is alive and well at Jubilee Dental In Wichita Falls Texas. Way to go guys!

Terrible care, doctor does not listen. The nurses waste your time deliberately and do not care what you say, they do not listen either. They are as gentle as rhinos and as empathetic as vultures.

Scam for insurance. They promise 100% on how much will be paid to get you to get service. Months down the road they start billing you for all kinds of supposed uncovered bills. The manager is no help and one of rudest people ever to deal with, her name is Jessica Guiterrez. I have never felt such non customer service and scammed more than ever at this place. I would never go here again or refer.

My kids have been coming since they were little and still coming at young adults! Love this place!

They did an outstanding job on my root canal. I will absolutely go back and finish my dental work ASAP. This is coming from a person who is deathly terrified of ANY type of dental work.

My sensitive teeth and my other dental experiences and as child made me have an irrational fear of the dentist. Ever since I went to Jubilee I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! All of the staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and they value your time and feelings. If your scared of fillings or even getting cleaned Dr. Ly and her assistant JoAnn are wonderful and will do everything they can to make sure you leave enjoying your smile!

Everyone is nice besides the dentist lady. She has an attitude EVERY TIME I come. I’d give it 0 stars. Definitely going to Spearmint.

I just went in to get an exam. And check on the price for implants. The staff was very helpful. Answered all my questions. And offered me a free consultation. I have an appointment in 2 weeks.

On Friday it says open but nobody to talk too in office. Just a emergency number. Everything good here but just don't like I had to go back 3 times when it all should ne done asap for one thing.

If I could give it a zero I would, absolutely rude, rough, don't care about you. The only thing they will do is botch you're mouth.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PICK YOUR KIDS DENTIST This place is the worst in wichita falls to take your kids to. DO NOT go there. They are unprofessional and take about 1-2 hours to just do a cleaning. I went there 3 times and the last time i wait for about 1.5h just on the waiting room and i had to leave since my daughter was really impatient plus lunch at school was almost over (her appt was at 10am and i left 11: 30am tired of waiting and right on time for work and her lunch break and this people didn’t even look at her or did the cleaning. Looks like they make appointments for a bunch of people at the same time and then make everyone wait for them.

Bad places.never use it. And I will tell everyone on Facebook and other places not to use them. Word of mouth will fixes them.
