Jucys Hamburgers, Tyler TX

Not as good as it used to be. Cooking all the juice out of the burger. Need to change the name to dry burger. They also stopped making milkshakes. Sad

Be careful next time you eat here. Yesterday January 7th at about lunch time we stopped to grab food here in old Jacksonville hwy in Tyler. When I was eating my sandwich I felt something sharp and I spit it out, it turned out to be a metal wire.

On my last visit, I got the chicken fried steak, and it was absolutely delicious! I would possibly say it's the best one in Tyler, TX! My family was able to fill up for a reasonable price, and everything was hot and delicious! The staff is super helpful and courteous as well.

Do not use their app. It doesn't work properly. The last 2 times I used it, I got there to pick up my order and they couldn't find it and said "sometimes it takes a while to pop up. The guy said he would put it in the system, told me it would take 5-10 minutes to cook. Went back in and they still couldn't find my order. 20 minutes later they said it finally popped up. I ask them to cancel my order and they said a manager had to do it! Of course, there was no manager there. I will never eat there agaim.

Food is decent for “fast food” but definitely check your to go order before leaving the Old Jac location. 8/10 times something is wrong or missing.

I really like Lucy's burgers but the last time there was a disappointment. I ordered bacon cheese burger.didn't get any bacon. They did try to fix, gave me a small bowl with two pieces of bacon. The burger was so juicy the bottom bun was mushy. They were very busy that day, hope things get back to normal soon. I miss the beans.

We waited for 20 minutes to receive cold, greasy fries and mediocre burgers. We asked for a refund on the fries and 2 employees stood in front of us with no clue how to refund the purchase. We waited another 10 minutes for the refund which we never received and ended up leaving without it.

Best burgers in East Texas. Service was great, and their beans alone are worth the drive. Beans are free when you dine in. And don't forget to get the fries!
Always a must have when in town.

Just left & the customer service is horrible. My order was wrong twice & people waited for food about 15 minutes. Cars were being parked also. I had to tell the guy in the drive thru thank you & he didn't say a word. If you hate your job that much quit

I was traveling thru Tyler Tx on 09-04, wanted to try juicy hamburger restaurant, myself, my wife and daughter stopped at juicy to have dinner, we ordered 2 Cheesburgers, and 2 Chicken strips baskets, after receiving our meals, the Chicken Strips were literally burnt to a crisp, I asked one of the waitress is this the normal way that they serve the chicken strips, she replied that, she don’t ever order the strips because they are terrible, so I asked her to inform the manager that our food was burnt and too hard to eat, she went to speak with the manager and came back and told us that they could give us a coupon for something, after waiting about 15 minutes, we went to the counter and spoke with a young man that was working the cash register, and the waitress was standing there with him, I asked the waitress about the coupon, she said she will write our name on a piece of paper and we could come back at a later date and tell them our name and they would give us something, I told her that we were not from Tyler, and the young man at the cash register said, and I quote; Well we are sorry that your food was burnt, we have been very busy today. No one ever identified themselves as a manager, or not one person that was behind that counter said let me get the manager, the waitress and the cashier was the only two people that spoke with us, and they both said, We are sorry that your food was burnt. No one else said a word, they just looked at us as if too say. We got your money, So have a good evening.

The manager is very inconsiderate and doesn’t care about other people it’s just about the money for her. I will never come back here or eat here again because the manager clearly doesn’t know how to run a company

Recieved a burger without a top bun. Another burger was prepared completely wrong. I asked to speak to manger and she refused to come out. I had to ask to speak to the person over her. Only then was my concerns addressed. Once we made it home, and
tasted food it was awful! Better customer service is needed.

This was my first and possibly last time I eat here. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, but it was definitely burned/ overcooked. Not edible at all. The issue that makes this worse is that Its a 50 mile round trip. So very disappointed.

Do you love over hearing old people having a mental break down because the burger looked to much like a circle? Well, if you screamed "YES" then this is the place for you. You'll also love that employee's look like they be better off dead than this place.

If your gonna bring your family. Please don't bring your twelve kids that you've some how accumulated over the last 8 years. I'll personally hunt you down if you do.

Amazing food. Extremely clean restaurant. Obly reason didn't get 5 stars both coke machines wouldn't work and no one new what to do.

I recently began working here and I love the environment. I love the customer interactions and also interactions wit fellow customers. Employees are treated very well and were always happy to serve our customers, I take pride in saying we have the best burgers! Please come by!

Was not crowded. Staff very friendly. Food was great. Good selection. They have a pot of beans available for the customers also. Restaurant, restrooms were very clean.
