Dr Cook took time to look at all of my test results ordered by previous neurosurgeon and provided me with totally different diagnosis. He explained his diagnosis thoroughly to me and gave me a choice of remedies for my issue

In December 2022, Dr. Cook completed a two level cervical fusion on me, and I am feeling great again. I first met him two months prior, in October, to discuss my MRI and other options after trying conservative treatments. Unfortunately, the conservative route including steroid injections and physical therapy did not relieve my pain. The pain was excruciating. When I first met Dr Cook, in October 2022, he took his time going over my MRI results and sharing information about my option for surgery. However, he was not pushy about rushing me into surgery. (Please note, the longer than typical wait time in the waiting room is worth your time with him during your office visit.) Finally, what resonated with me most is the last thing he said to me during my office visit in October, “Some of my patients regretted not getting their surgery done sooner. ”

Professional front desk, everyone listens, and the surgery has been a breeze. Totally recommend if your neck/back is falling apart.

I absolutely love Dr. Cook and all of his staff. I had my third back surgery (first with him) and from the first time I met him I was at peace with it. Every step of the way they explained the process and where fantastic about answering all of my questions. While I am still recovering I see a great improvement!

Dr. Cook is a wonderful surgeon! I went to him when I was in horrible pain in my back and legs. He performed my fusion surgery with great skill and care. Now I have no pain! Needless to say, I am very happy I had the surgery and that Dr. Cook performed it!

Dr cook is the best! So patient and listens to all your questions and gives you actual answers. I never feel rushed no matter if he’s in a hurry! My husband and I both have had him do our back surgeries! Highly recommend!

Great neurosurgeon to consult with. Gives a lot of feedback and explains MRIs/x-rays really well. He spends a good amount of time reviewing them with you and providing options.

Let me start by saying what a wonderful experience I’ve had so far with My Dr. Cook. He’s very detailed and very professional. I’m glad I’ve chosen him for my back surgery. I have to take off my hat and give shouts out to Miss Sidney his surgery coordinator nurse who is extremely so nice and dedicated to her work ethic. Great experience with this office overall. I am very pleased with my doctor’s selection of Dr. Cook to perform my upcoming spinal cord stimulator surgery. All of my questions were answered by Dr. Cook. His scheduler, Sydney, provided the schedule that I requested.
