19My child is an hour late and I call it let me leave a message when someone answered and said hello. Called back and answer machines are on no one answered no messaging bus is running late again it’s time to get someone who know what they are doing look at the reviews this has been going on for years and we are supposed to trust them with our kids.
Why have a phone number on the website if no one can answer or give a call back trying to get a hold of someone for a whole week now.
It doesn't matter if they're short staffed or not. They all can't communicate with parents or one another, can't keep the routes right or pick up and drop off times. Seems as though neither the staff or the person who manages this place know what they're doing. My son was lost 3 times, they lie about things they say or do. It's to a point I feel they need a full and total reform. I've been mice, I've been understanding. You can only allow so much of your patience to be thinned.
Don’t believe the bus schedule provided. My children get home 2 hours after school gets out. The school has kids wait outside while admin waits inside and buses are almost always over an hour late. Staff is useless and unhelpful.
They do not answer the phones, take several days to respond then they call back and are rude
I had a great experience registering my kids this year, and am excited to see the transportation department making changes to streamline the process and make it easier to get information! Everyone I met while registering was kind and helpful. Thanks everyone!
My son left his air pods on bus 17 on the last day of school. I was so upset with him, knowing someone more than likely took them. I called the Judson Transportation office and spoke with Michael and he said they were tuned in and I could come pick them up. Just wanted to say thank you so much to him for being so nice and the bus driver for turning them in.
Would give negative stars if possible. Had an incident with a kid throwing a rock out of the bus and cracked my windshield. Bus driver refused to stop, so I called the Judson transportation. It's been more than a month and they haven't called back to try and fix it. Worst service imaginable.
Unreliable. Be sure to have your vehicles wamred up cause chances are you're taking your kids to school
If I could put NEGITIVE stars I would.they are so understaffed they are running 45 minutes late! 45 minutes! Our entire neighborhood of students will be late because the transportation office is incompetent.this isn't even the first time.and I've had to contact them MULTIPLE times about kids bullying my child and the buss driver yelling AT MY CHILD. I think us parents need to put our foot down and petition for a new director and better training and more staff!
The support for bus drivers is non-existent. You're not properly trained and when you have violence on your bus they ignore you; unless you do something wrong then they're all over you. A bus caught fire and a supervisor got toe to toe with me yelling at me about it. Completely unprofessional environment.
The lady in the front office was so rude to me. She insisted that the elementary school my special needs child was switching to knew they didn't provide transportation. Well he went this morning and yes the bus was empty but it made my sons day. Not only did this happen once but I had to hound them to add my oldest stop to the route. Luckily her boss was there that time.
I put one star because there is nothing lower than that. This office is very poorly run. They pass the buck at every turn, saying it's not their job. They say that you need to talk to routing however routing never answers or returns calls. And I left messages for their supervisor I cannot understand how they expect for working families to take time to pick up and drop their kids when buses are running and yes they run mostly empty. There needs to be changes made with the level of concern for these children. It's hard times for everyone but isn't it their job to ensure that our kids are transported to and from school safely?
Judson ISD needs a new Director of Transportation. Someone who takes a proactive approach and strives to see things through — even with short staffing and traffic concerns outside of his (and the district as a whole) control. Being understanding as a parent would be a lot easier when there is clarity and honesty coming from Judson ISD leaders, like Mr. Johnson.
I called trying to get my son registered on the bus and ask questions the gentleman who answered the phone said he would return my call in 15min but he never called back no surprise.
It's easier to get in contact with the IRS than it is Judson ISD Transportation. Going to be voicing my concerns to the school board.
No one answered the phone after 6 school days of periodically calling 3 different lines. Over that time I left 2 voicemails and sent an email to the director, who responded asking for additional information, (which I sent) only to go with no response for another 3 days. I would hate to see this happen to parents in an emergency situation when they call.
They never pick up the phone and have the time the number doesn’t work. Trying to set up transportation for my son.
I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. Driving is not the easiest for me right now and I actually don't have a car. So when the bus does not pick my child from school. Veterans at that, which he will NOT be walking home from, it makes me very stressed and upset. Please Judson Transportation, let us know what can help you be better. Dr. Ball says that our children are yalls priority.get it together.
