I went on Monday 3/13 and I got a 3 Day detox package from their cooler as they had mentioned that all their juices were done daily and fresh. Out of the 18 juices 4 were bad/fermented and I call back on Wednesday to let them know and the person said that it was probably because those juices were from the past Saturday and they are only good for 3 days. Which I Know that but they didn’t specify that or gave me the option before I purchase them. He said that there was nothing they could do to fix it……. It’s frustrating that business like them don’t take responsibility or back up
their product. I was not asking or expected a full refund but some responsibility for selling spoil/past due juices. So make sure you taste or check every single juice before you leave because they might not be good. Lesson learned!
