Bee provided a full set with design in about 30 minutes. I would definitely return. My pedicure was super basic and she only painted 9 of 10 toes.

Terrible place of business.i’ve been coming here religiously for two years now being that it’s right down the street from my student apartments, only good thing about this place is the cheap prices.everytime i come i leave bleeding, the young lady at the front desk is extremely rude for no reason, and they are EXTREMELY unsanitary.go here if you want an infection or mold of some sort. 10/10 do not recommend.

All the workers were very rude and showed absolutely no hospitality. That usually happens when I go here but my last visit was the final straw. I showed the lady doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and she was not doing a very good job at it. When i told her and showed her the picture again she tried to argue and make it seem like i was being unclear. She refused to fix my nails and when I said I wasn’t paying for what I don’t like she got angry. Nobody as old as her should be throwing a fit the way she did and I was disgusted to have experienced the presence of somebody like her.

The worst pedicure I have ever had in my life.
Worst lay over I have ever gotten. Just terrible through and through. I had to literally file my own toes because this lady seemed to not know what straight or square was. Do not recommend.

Extremely rude. They try to intimidate you into overlooking their mess work and mistakes. When that doesn't work, they act like they can't speak English. Spend money elsewhere

Not like it used to be. I see why so many people request a certain tech. Everyone doesnt pay as much attention to detail as others. Its more of a "let me hurry up and finish" kind of deal. The customer service is good tho.

I will never go back to this nail shop again! This was my first & last I got my nails done 3 days ago & I didn’t like them when the guy first did them! Didn’t even push my skin back before putting the powder. Poor nails they look a mess!

Sometimes you do have to wait longer than usual. It’s busy by 10/11 am. I wish they played music in there! And update their pedi chairs. The ones they have are worn out. I ONLY get a Mani due to the chairs being in bad shape. Overall they are quick and do good nails.

So I’m not going to lie if you want cheap cute nails fast this is the place.

Warning your nails may get damaged for a long time.
Not only is it very unprofessional and very ghetto (the customers mostly) I would hope the nail technicians care about your nails.
Think again.

They will rip off your prior nails rather than soak them off because they’re busy and it takes too long. My last visit was horrible. 6 out of 10 nails were bleeding due to the removal process.

I asked why she didn’t soak them off when she realized the old nails were bonded too tightly she gave an attitude and said I didn’t ask and her way was quicker. My nails are so bad that I can’t get my nails done probably for another 3 months.
If you care about your nails avoid this place like the plague. They don’t care about us.

I came in for a soak off and the woman proceeded to pulling off my nails. I asked her again to soak off and drill off but she wouldn’t listen. When I noticed that 2 of my fingers were bleeding, I got up and left. Now, I have 2 infected nails.

Today when I visited Julian Nails I was treated poorly by the young man who appears to be a managing technician. When I arrived I sat down and two women sitting in between me were saying the guest have to move down a seat in order for the technicians to know who was next. I asked who was ahead of me and took a seat. The young man came in shortly after and I noticed all of the guest who were waiting to be seated were confused because they had more guest waiting than seating and clearly their system was not working and causing confusion amongst everyone. I respectfully suggested the young man take down the names in order of everyone who had come in to cut down on the confusion and to eliminate the guest having to “move down a chair. ” The young man rudely and aggressively stated that this was his system and if I wanted to be serviced I would need to move down a chair. I told the young man that I’m aware of who is in front of me and who came in after me and that it was not my job to keep up with other guest and clearly the system they were using was not effective for the number of people that regularly come to the shop. He motioned for the young lady behind me to go ahead and told me that she is now in front of me because I refused to move a seat down. After that I explained to the young man that I am a customer and I simply would not accept being treated in that way and I would not be moving down a seat to appease him. For all of the money they make daily in mostly people of color they should provide better customer service to the people keeping them in business. I have been going to Julian’s for a few years and I live in West Houston. Prior to their “move a seat down” system the technicians would literally ask “who’s next? ” Both systems clearly did not work and to be treated so rudely by the young man was the tipping point for me. I will not be spending my money with this nail shop again. I work very hard and when I go into an establishment for a service I expect to be treated fairly and kindly as I do anyone. I treat my technicians kindly and greet them as well as leave a tip. I will not pay to be treated poorly! I do believe had that shop been filled w another race of people, they would definitely had been treated with more respect and a better system to take care of clients would be in place. If I could give Julian Nails 0 stars I would.

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Nancy had nasty attitude because I wanted a nail corrected! She’s also cut my real nail in half improperly removing the previous set!
