I highly recommend this State Farm office Juliana Velez in Farmers Branch! They make everything so easy no matter what I need all I have to do is make a phone call and they make it happen with no problems! I’ve done everything over the phone with never ever any hassles! There the insurance company to go with for all your insurance needs!

The one-on-one professional interaction is AMAZING here! I greatly appreciate the transparency offered to me during my visit there, made purchasing a life-insurance so much easier and smoother. Joselyn is an amazing customer service rep who is thorough with explaning our policy and takes time to answer all questions. Juliana and Joselyn were nice enough to wait for us before closing last week to entertain our concerns as we preffered to communicate in person. 5 stars all around!

The staff here is always very nice and helpful. They do try to offer you additional insurance (usually life insurance) every time you go in for an appointment but they aren't too pushy. I like the staff they are very nice and easy going.
