DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE If I could give 0 stars I would. My poor dog has been in pain for over a week now. I had to take him the the emergency vet because they cut his hair so short that he got cuts all over him and he got a skin infection and didn’t listen to my instructions to not cut his hair short at all. Also I’ve paid to get his anal glands to be expressed and they never did it and the vet had to express them. They have killed animals, hurt them etc… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Makes you wonder what these people are doing to your pets THEY ARE ABUSIVE and should be shut down. ANIMAL NEGLECT.

Wow. A close friend took their dog to this location for grooming, and came out with serious wounds. I saw pictures and receipts from a veterinarian and I am disgusted by their negligence. I suspect abuse after watching those pictures and after seeing other reviews from previous owners this confirms the negligence and lack of accountability from the owner. Shame on you.

The plan is to board my dog at Julian's while I'm out of El Paso.
I'll tell ya when I retrieve the dog.

Our pets love going to get groomed at Julian's! They have fantastic customer service. The bearded gentleman is so kind and helpful. He walks you into the back so you can put your pup in the kennel-this is a small way to ease anxiety for everyone, especially our pups. The groomers do such a great job, I'm always happy with the result. My dogs are hydrated while they are there because they never come home thirsty and the service is fast, even for a walk in. If you have an appointment, it's super fast! We haven't used the boarding service yet, but I certainly would trust them when the need arises. Thank you Julian's for taking care of our doggos!

This place is not the place to go, they tried to charge me for a small instead of the Chiricahua price set because my dog was “ to fat”

Took my husky and he came back looking great! No complaints with this place. This was my first groomer ever so i didn't know what to expect. Thanks Julians!

Abusive Groomer Behavior!
while I had have no issues boarding my dog here, my dog has very high anxiety when I pick him up but my guess that its natural after not seeing me for days, (Im sure my dog and many more could hear that lady yelling). Anyways went to pick up my dog today, and they do have a big screen showing all the cameras of the place, (west) I could hear a lady yelling super rude to a dog! If you have a black lab that had grooming services May 1st-2023 Oh boy! On the west side boarding location, I felt super bad for the dog, the lady was pulling his leg in a very rude way if he moved an inch of two (which if you are a goomer know this is common) the dog was not aggressive you could tell he was just nervous, I mean who wouldnt be? That lady was being abusive, dogs perceive emotions too, If that lady does not like her job, she would do everyone a great favor by leaving, but I pointed out that behavior to the front desk person a nice guy with a beard he ignored me first then he said "that dog was extremely difficult"? , first, are you justifying abusive behavior in a dogs establishment? , Im sorry Im not blind or deaf I saw the whole thing, dog was just nervous because that lady was being abusive! Yelling at him, pulling his legs even shaking him for just existing, I do not think justifying that is the strategy to keep a business going especially if it is meant for animals, Its just logic to think if people take the time to take their dog there and pay for good care, what are we expecting? Kindness to our beloved dogs. I had my dog scheduled for grooming before pick up he was not ready I guess because he was scheduled for that service later on the day, Im glad I picked him up!

Extremely happy with Julian’s and their staff! My dogs love going there and they look great after! Everybody is very nice and helpful

They were very accommodating with boarding our cat. I felt very comfortable with them. $16/day.

I’ve had my two dogs here maybe three times to get groomed. I normally take them to PetSmart, but when I’m in a pinch for an appointment, the location on Desert Blvd.same day accommodates. The issue I have is that the last time I went to pick up my dogs, they were frightened to exit the kennel. They both cowered in the back end and had to be drug out. I know my dogs. One we’ve had for 15 years and I have them groomed regularly. That is absolutely NOT normal behavior. While I can’t point to anything specifically happening, my gut feeling is enough to know that as convenient as it may be, I can’t take them back there.
