I've had my eye on We See The Light for 2 and a half years! I'm so happy that painting is now mine! Julie is an amazing talented and outgoing artist who is passionate about representing women in the arts. Her gallery assistant, Kalista, is just as passionate and made my buying experience fantastic! I was fortunate to connect with a "friend of a friend" who was the featured female artist at Julie Ahmad's studio. My friend (Donna Schwandt) urged me to go to the studio where her art was displayed for sale. I purchased the painting "Peppermint" by my friend, and was very impressed by Julie Ahmad's large scale abstract pieces. I was drawn to one particular piece called "Spoke too Soon", which I purchased. I am thrilled with my purchases at Julie Ahmad's studio. Julie is dedicated to making sure everyone is thrilled with the art in the studio, and the pieces that you bring home are installed beautifully!

Julie had a beautiful show displayed amongst beautiful furniture vignettes at Louis Shanks. I have followed her at her own studio shows, Big Medium tours, and professional design events. When I saw Demo Lovato 1 it was a slam dunk for my granddaughter's 20th and I can't wait to gift it to her!

Working with Julie Ahmad, her Art Studio & Gallery was such a pleasure! Our production had the privilege of both interviewing and filming with Julie at this location. Julie is such a talented artist and so great to work with. I'm lucky to be in the same city as her and she even takes the time to deliver orders to be directly. So nice and top notch service! I have even rented out her studio for a brainstorming session and found it to be a GREAT spot when you need a creative environment.

I went with my friend to visit Julie’s open house during Austin studio tours. There we were greeted by Julie and Kalista, who were so so friendly, fun, and welcoming. We were chatting for some time while there. Kalista walked me through the whole gallery, and enthusiastically explained not only the intention behind many of the paintings but also what to look for in interior design and more. All the while my eye kept gravitating to a really beautiful vibrant piece called Strut. I was in the market for a piece but I was a bit nervous bc I’ve never made an art purchase before. The moment I decided to buy it, Kalista and Julie were so enthused and excited, I knew I’d made a good choice! I have a small Camry so the piece didn’t fit in my car, but they scheduled a delivery with me for free! I’m so excited to hang it up in my space. 10/10 quality people and art!

Julie Ahmad is not only an incredible human being but an absolutely talented artist… what a special combination! She is easy-going, passionate, super fun, AND has a heart of gold. You feel VIP with her during your artist/client journey together because she goes above and beyond to make sure the art she creates for you (or that you choose) feels perfect to your core. Love this business and the talented owner! We moved last year to our first home, and we were in search of artwork that was one of a kind and meaningful. We came across "Texas Snow Day" and fell in love- the colors, textures, richness- the whole piece is incredible.
