Julie and the underwriter are the LO GOAT! I really hope she never retires cause she is just that amazing. And I say that with the utmost respect! After being denied by my initial lender, I was in a desperate search to find a new lender. I had two weeks until closing (it actually got pushed a week back on the part of the builder). I knew it wouldn’t be easy cause my employment situation is VERY unique. Meaning I’ve had several jobs over the past few years as well as non-FT income. I called Homes for Heroes not expecting anything at all. They connected me with Julie and she said she could help. The other lenders said the same thing. But she was the ONLY one who got me conditionally approved in TWO DAYS and to the closing table in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! Even my realtor and sales consultant were shocked how quickly she made this happen! As long as you have some type of documented income, more than likely Julie will be able to help you. I wish I would have known about her from the beginning, but now I will be telling everyone I know to forget everyone else and just call Julie if you want this done right and without issue! Especially if your employment history is complicated. Julie you are a true blessing and I thank God for you and the gifts and talents He gave you! I am a *real* homeowner now, y’all!
