Jumbo Joe's Burgers, Lubbock TX

The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. A very pleasant experience.

I love the size and taste of their burgers. When others downsize, Jumbo Joe's doesn't.

The Burgers are delicious and their foot long hot dogs go hard too. Great customer service and good atmosphere.

I just ordered from this restaurant for the 1st time through DoorDash. I asked for tartar sauce to be included with my fish sandwich. I didn't get it, I got a dry fish sandwich. Even the inside was dry. I asked for extra crispy french fries, and they were soggy. All the food tasted awful. So I'm going to take a picture before I give it to my dog. Thankfully, I am a premium member with DoorDash and received a full refund. 1st and last time ordering from here.

Still one of my favorite places to go get a nice burger and the staff are great and I LOVE THE JUMBO JUMBO JOE BURGER ask for it you won't be disappointed

I have been to this location many times and it's usually always good but tonight I was picking up a order for door dash and the place was empty so you'd figure that wouldn't take long but nope. A few people started coming in. And apparently the dash order wasn't a priority. They made everyone else's order before mine. And I was left Waiting for 45 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. So many people came and left and I was still waiting. I hope your staff gets it together

Girls were too busy visiting and cracking jokes behind counter. Rude staff and use powdered sugar to sweeten the tea.really? Not sweet at all.

Great food. My family is from San Angelo and we visit here about 4 times a year. Every time is always great.

Home cooking at its best! How did I forget about this gem? Hadn't been here in years but will definitely come back often!

Super simple burger place. I go there frequently for the consistency, and efficiency. The fries are very nearly perfect.

The food was terrible fries were not cooked the burger was jus thrown together and i got 4 slices of jalapeños and just to think it was my favorite burger place

Ordered online and was told food would be ready in 15 minutes. Made it there before the 15 minutes and the food was cold. Even the mozzarella sticks were cold. I ordered a “green” salad which was $5.99. In the picture on the website and description included mixed greens. As you can tell from the picture, there was NO green anything. It only had iceberg lettuce, 3 cherry tomatoes, 4 carrots and 1 hard boiled egg. It definitely was not worth $5.99. It should’ve been priced at $1.99 max! I wish I could post a picture but this site didn’t have the option.

I order a regular burger & a jumbo burger for my wife & I but didn't see any difference in the burgers except the prices so the jumbo burger are just regular burgers prolly won't be back.

Quick good food my husband took me here for my first real food bite after the hospital! Lol

Awesome service, two new employees. They were awesome, I had hamburger steak with gravy and mashed potatoes.

Jumbo chilli cheese burger but not enough chille. The put maybe a tablespoon full. I'm use to it dripping out. Little disappointed
