Jump Around Party Rentals, Round Rock TX

Had a great first experience with Jump Around Party Rentals recently. My son changed his mind about the type of bounce house he wanted, so I called customer service and was able to easily update my order — even for a lower price than I had originally paid. The delivery and setup as well as removal were easily with no problems.

Great business! I rented 2 of their bounce houses and had a really fun event. The delivery and pick up went really smoothly.

We rented 4 inflatables for my school. They were delivered and set up quickly and the staff was super easy to work with! Will definitely use again!

Jump Around is fantastic. I am the PE teacher at Pflugerville Elementary and have used Jump Around for my Field Day activities for 2 years now. The delivery has been prompt on both occasions and the delivery driver and gentlemen that help set up were polite, respectful, and hardworking. The customer service is always top notch. I never have any problems even though they need to go through work orders and other district requirements. Thank you so much. I can't wait to have you out again next year!

I had no problem with the service and equipment just with the price difference between holidays and regular days prices. This was my first time using this type of service and I guess holidays will be out of the questions from now on.

Wonderful experience renting from Jump Around party rentals. The bouncy house was easily set up by their team and picked up after the event, didn’t have to do anything to set it up myself. It wasn’t super clean but other than that no issues, would definitely rent from them again!

I ordered a slide for my child's party and it was not set up properly at all and kids were injured and it was a total mess of a party. I kept trying to get in touch with someone but they completely ignored the calls. You won't get any customer service here. It was an absolutely horrible, overpriced experience with this company. There are other options, this is a bad company.

BEWARE! If you cancel due to weather they will NOT refund you! Even if you give them 3 days notice. NEVER pay the full amount if you decide to use them. That compounded my losses to almost $500. The best you will get back from them is some sort of voucher good for a year that THEY keep tract of. You hope. They will tell you that it is in the agreement you signed yet it conflicts with their cancelation policy. READ THE FINE PRINT or you could be a victim as I was. This type of business practice is predatory and completely inexcusable.

I had a great experience with this company. They notified me a day prior when they would show up, delivered and picked up on time with no issues. They even set it up while it was raining outside. Kids had a blast!

I cannot believe this company would not refund due to weather when they received three days notice! The organizer of the school event told us that he would personally give the committee back its money because he was the one who ordered from Jump Around Rentals. This is really sad that they did this to anybody. How about that greed!

They dropped off my order a whole day early which was such a stress reliever, had everything organized and clean, also, very punctual at communicating what time they were dropping off and picking up the equipment! Will surely order from you guys again for our kids party next year!

Everyone who was involved with my event was amazing. They made my whole experience stress free! Our party was unfortunately rained out due to bad weather but they were able to give me a raincheck for the very next weekend. Every employee that was at my event was very respectful and made any question I had, had a definite answer. There is no other party rental company I will ever use. Jump Around Party Rentals is all I will recommend to family and friends.
