My Go to for every birthday party or event! Flawless service & so easy to coordinate. My daughter got the princess castle bounce house this year and it was the biggest hit at our birthday party. I will definitely be using this company again! Can’t say enough good things

Lena and her staff are awesome…. Very friendly, efficient and professional! They have a large selection of water slides and bounce houses, which are always clean when delivered. We rent from them every year and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend them.

The only thing that makes a pool party better is a water slide. Three hours - the kids never stopped!

Highly recommend Lena and her wonderful staff. Everything went smoothly from delivery to pickup. The Little Farm inflatable was perfect for my toddler’s birthday party!

We rented the Mickey Mouse combo train and all the kids loved how versatile the bounce house was. I was very impressed with how expert the young guys were that installed the equipment at the time stated on the contract. All of the concerns with making sure that the bounce house was set up safely for the kids enjoyment paid off with the adults.

Great experience with Jump City. Super informative prior to rental date. Setup team was great to work with. The “Wipe Out” water slide was a hit for my son’s 9th birthday! Would definitely rent from again!

Lena was great in helping make sure we picked the perfect bounce house for our girl’s 5th birthday party. The bounce house arrived on time with no issues with a friendly crew. Fast responses through email or text. Lena even followed up after to make sure we were happy and the party went well!

Lena is the best. She supplies safe, insured bounc houses. Saved me many times to help out my 8 year old granddaughter.

I wish I could give good reviews like others. I have not used your service and will not use it. I called and the front lady was rude. As a new customer I need to ask questions and I was just asking questions for me to know the process and how it works. I guess the lady doesn’t know how to be nice with people. I don’t want to give my money to someone who is not good with the customer.
Please improve your customer service. Many people might not write about the lady who is rude and not nice with the people who calls for information to rent. Unfortunately, I will not rent as I didn’t liked the way the lady was talking to me. She has no right to talk to a customer like this.

Used them for our neighborhood Easter Egg hunt party. Did an outstanding job. HIghly recommend.
