Kiddos had lots of fun. If they're happy I'm happy. Surprisingly it was empty for a Friday night. I will say this do not go for the arcade games they are a bit steep. Other than that your kid will have a blast jumping, playing dodge ball, basketball, and playing on the inflatable slide, and mini obstacle course.

Great price for the activities! As a parent nothing beats allowing the kids to run around and tire out while you relax.

Lots to do but easy to lose a younger child. Also they do not check to make sure you leave with the right kid so keep an eye on your little one.

It's ok, but the price is expensive. Watch out, they seem shady because they tried not to honor the groupon I purchased.
I gave it 2 stars because the kids had a fun time.

Dodgeball was good and i think he name was john he was super cool and nice will always come back here

Got a Groupon Deal! Chill place with different trampoline park options for kids, soccer, bouncers, etc.

Quality of trampolines appear to be poorly maintained with duct tape serving as patches. Staff seemed less interested in actively helping customers who wanted to use rides and rather sit behind the counter. Overall appearance could be improved with an investment in paint, patching and netting replaced where zip ties are holding it together.

I give this place 4 stars because they need more workers to watch all the attractions that they have.

I was expecting my kid to dislike this place but he had an ok time. From a parent's perspective, the equipment are stained and the staff are fair. Nothing major to complain about.

This place was not nice at all asoon as you get there is smells like piss the kids dont know the difference but the place need a good cleaning.

Great place for kids to play. The have many jump stations to let the kids play and they are pretty well cushioned to protect from harm. However, there isn't much organization going on. We paid for the 1hr service but there was no way for the staff to keep track of your time, so we could have easily stay well beyond that.
There also wasn't much enforcement in the rules going on. There were some people jumping with shoes when they shouldn't and some jumping in areas that were unable to sustain their weight.
A good place to go once.

Just had my party there on the a weekday and I can just say the price was perfect! It beat any place here in Austin to book a party. Aside from that they even added a coupon to make it even a BETTER price! My room was ready and how I expected it to be when I got there. And aside from that there staff is super friendly. Party host was there all the time helping with the party and made sure we had everything. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to have a party.

We had older kids chasing the little ones I was with cause they hit the older ones in dodge ball. The older then started threatening other little ones. Let's just say they are not allowed in JUMP USA anymore.

This place needs a lot of work. Very worn down. Carpet coming up every where. Dangerous holes and tears. Ive never felt so unsafe at a place like this. Repairs look bad. Im so glad i didnt pay the entrance fee. Luckily it was free due to a birthday party. I will definitely not return!

My kids and there cousins loved it and so did I but the drinks I thought were a little to pricey when you can just go to the store and get it cheaper and stuff it in your bag

We had a blast, just remember to wear socks unlike some that were in my group. They do sell them there just incase. Adults remember jumping isn't just for the kids go out and have some fun too.

Went there for my grandsons birthday, it was fun Lots of fun activities, they even have Massage chairs, wow. Great place to go with your kids.

This has got to be the worst experience ever. We had my granddaughter's 4th birthday party there. I can't even tell you the name of our host or that she helped us with anything. We had to continually hunt someone down or do it ourselves. I was given a review and flash drive of pics taken during the party. Pictures? Really? Well, 14 pics of her opening presents, which we had already and only 1 or 2 of the birthday girl in action. You get what you pay for. Not much! Very dirty, run down, and just not a place we will return to. Unfortunate!

My girls love going to this place for a 8 and 6 year old for jumping for about an hour, which is more than enough I paid $17.00 and they finished very tired and happy. You can also get a good deal in Groupon.

Fun place but getting old in the tooth. Not much to do for 3-4 year olds besides jumping. Lots of broken games
