Beautiful apartment complex, The gym is top tier with everything. The pool is resort style. I love the area nearby everything you need. It is right by the highway so its easy to get on and off. The staff is great as well. Would recommend this apartment.

If I can score them a zero I would they are the worse apartments I have lived in. They rude as heck, uncaring and very disrespectful…

I want to start out by saying this is the worst place I have ever lived. I had better communication with management in the college apartments I lived in. The management here is the most unresponsive, useless people I have ever dealt with. The gates were always broken & the key fobs never worked. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I listened to domestic violence disputes happening below me, with glass being thrown off the patio & walls being broken. I reached out to management countless times about this issue and the police as well and nothing was ever resolved for the entire year I lived there. The hallways were always filled with trash and smelled disgusting. The valet trash system was always changing and unorganized. The building was cheaply built and there were constantly bugs in my apartment. The printers were always out of ink in the office, so those were useless. It is NOT a quiet complex to live in, lots of children running around & yelling amongst residents.

Unfortunately, I was unable to even view the apartment because there was no one in the leasing office during the time of my SCHEDULED appointment. I waited in the lobby for an hour, called the office while there and it was complete silence. The phone went directly to voicemail. I had received multiple email confirmations before my appointment as well. My time was 1: 30 so when I got there and nobody was there, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they were coming back from lunch, and was running behind, but as time passed, I realized no one was coming. If you can't even get into a scheduled appointment, I can't imagine how it is for residents. I was very upset because I had high hopes for this complex, and looks very nice, but unfortunately they lost out of a very promising resident. Bad customer service will kill your business. Good luck for anyone wanting to look at this complex. The look of their apartment is a façade for the terrible internal business they are bringing. For the company, I suggest looking into your service team and look into reconstruction of it.
Update: They also had the audacity to send me MULTIPLE emails for surveys and follow ups of my "appointment" that never happened. Obviously automated, but might want to pull YOUR missed appointments from your CRM and not send that.

We have lived at Junction Crossing for just about five years, and we still enjoy it. First of all, the staff in the office, Madison and Lisa, are just excellent! They are kind and patient, always act professional, know how to put you at ease, and help you every step of the way. They go above and beyond!
I do not know the manager. I've seen him and spoken to him a few times, but he has not introduced himself, so I can't review him yet.

The maintenance crew is outstanding! Olidy, Umberto, and Waymon are very skilled and respond quickly. If you need them urgently, they are there. What we appreciate about them is that while they are exceptional at fixing everything, they are also very nice guys. Very nice. We also trust them to enter our place if we have to be absent for a maintenance issue.

We highly recommend Junction Crossing Apartments in North Fort Worth, which still look new after five years. They are located smack dab in the middle of great restaurants and shopping, from Alliance Town Center to Presidio Towne Crossing and Victory Shoppes. The grounds are beautiful, pool area is gorgeous, there are many choices about apartment sizes and options, we have dog parks, kids playground, and even a car wash for residents. Give it a try and you'll be quite pleased that you did!

Beautiful floor plans! Management is constantly trying to make improvements and provide a quality living environment. Residents need to make sure to do their part too in helping keep the community clean and safe too!

Apparently there is a new way to access amenities in the apartment complex. I looked through my email to see if I was sent the directions for the new app to access the gym etc. But I did not. When I brought the issue up to the leasing office. I was told that the email will be sent out tomorrow by Madison. Tomorrow? So if I wanted to access the gym later tonight I’d have to wait till tomorrow? I am very disappointed and embarrassed that i had to wait outside the gym till someone with the app opened the gym. If this app has been up and running for a while already, why am I now just finding out about it? Once again, I do not have the email instructing me of the change around the apartment complex.

Overall, my experience has been a good one with Junction Crossing.
I had some maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and the maintenance crew: Olidy and Waymon, were faithful to make sure that the situation was fixed. I am grateful for their expertise.

This place is beautiful! Madison was very helpful and did an amazing job with helping me with the application process. Everything was super easy!

This people do NOT answer the phone I’ve been calling for 2weeks straight on person answer and hung the phone up in my face. Ill be reporting to corporate this is so unprofessional!

My husband and I became residents here May of 2022 and so far have had the best time! The office is so friendly and helpful and always creating community with inclusive and helpful emails. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and helpful with the few instances we required their help. Overall a very pleasant place to live and definitely recommend. The units are gorgeous and the amenities are so much fun. We have enjoyed the pool, gym, dog park, and many hang out spaces in the office. The units are all very spacious and the layouts are homey and cozy. There is plenty of parking and lots of sidewalks for easy walks and access. Overall we have very much enjoyed staying at Junction Crossing and would definitely say it’s worth your time to tour because we are so glad that we did!

They are family-friendly, and dog-friendly, and have plenty and amazing amenities to offer; a car wash, dog wash station, dog park, resort-style pool, and a gym. Anytime I have an issue with my apartment or something that needs to be fixed the office or maintenance answers right away and if it’s an emergency they come out that day even if it’s their off day. This place is awesome, and I love living here! Madison at the front office is my favorite employee she’s always so energetic and friendly, and very helpful my boyfriend and I love her!

My fiancé and I moved in last May and we have had nothing but a good experience! The staff is so friendly, the facilities are always clean and nice, and maintenance responds very quickly to requests! We love our apartment and community!

Been living here since august. We love our apartment very spacious and great upgrades. The pool is amazing!
