Jungle Surf Rentals, Galveston TX

Save your money. They charge extra fees and fines. They charge me an extra $30 for a scooter because my wife sat on it for 5 mins. These scooters were two seaters. We didn’t even ride for 30 mins and was charged $100. Complete rip off. Plenty of better rental places in the sea wall than this place.

Our Jeep ran out of fuel on Broadway. Luckily, the owner of the store and his son saw that, and helped us push the Jeep to a safe parking spot. Then, he gave us his pick-up truck for free to get some fuel for the truck!

Al was amazing! While we waited for our rental, the kids enjoyed snow cones. WE HAD A BLAST.service is amazing never met a friendlier person.we will be coming back, our girls loved every minute of it.

This is the place to go if you need a bike for a few hours or a few days at Galveston. Al is such an amazing guy! Thank you for being so generous. He knows Galveston island and is very very hospitable.

The owner is a sweet man he gets the whole family involved cheapest bike rental in town. Everytime we come to galveston we always come to him to hook us up. He has bikes well taken care and has snow cones hot dogs and much more definitely some place to stop by to have a good time.

Super chill surfer type dude runs the place. This is the only place in town that will let you rent bikes for a whole day, and the bikes were only $10 a piece.

Awesome spot, worth skipping all other bike rentals to come here. Loved it, owner was very friendly and this is a great spot even for those with special needs. They even gave our party of 6 free sno cones, it was the best experience we had on the island. We will recommend this location for all family and friends.

These guys are really nice let us have our rental for an extended period that no extra charge because it was a slow weekday, which was pretty awesome;

Owner is amazing! Highly recommend! My son has autism and he was not having a good day. We wanted to try the bikes b/c we are thinking of buying a side x side tandem bike to use with him at home, but he was having a melt down b/c he wanted to go to the beach instead. The owner quickly grabbed a bike and put us on it and just said “go! ” We took a spin down the block and back and he wouldn’t charge us. He made a great effort to engage our son and used a “broken nose trick” that worked! Most people will not attempt to engage an autistic child in the midst of a melt down, so to see him work at it and have success was pretty special. Then he gave the three of us a free snow cone. I tried to pay the lady for them but she wouldn’t take it, said that it was a gift and it wouldn’t be special if I paid. I did buy the fried Oreos and highly recommend! Great great people! One of the highlights of our trip!

Played at the beach and when we were about to leave wife saw this place and asked the kids if they wanted shaved ice. Went over and saw they had burgers! I didn't have high expectations but they were amazing. Paid for burgers and snow cones together but I told the employee we would get the snow cones after we ate. The owner came around while we were eating and gave the kids free snow cones not knowing we had bought some. The employee gave us a coupon for two free ones whenever we make it back. Owner also apologized afterwards and we were stunned by the amazing customer service. We honestly were not even going to say anything because they wouldn't have been able to finish the large ones we bought but these people were so nice! This is definitely a place we will visit again and they rent bikes as well so they have a customer for life. I wish I got the owners name as well as the nice lady that helped us but will do next time.

Hands down best customer service ever. Had a awesome time with my family.best prices on the seawall and free snowcones can get better then that. And may I add the bikes are plus size friendly.

I absolutely loved this place! Everyone was so helpful and very friendly! They even made sure that my speaker for my music and my little pups was safe and secure so they could enjoy the ride also! I definitely recommend this place! I will be back!

Excellent service one of the greatest guys you could ever meet. He explains everything clearly and very up front on prices. We had a wonderfull two days in Galveston texas cant wait to return very soon.

This is place you want to to rent your bike from. Al is such a great guy) owner) offers free snow cones after you turn in your rental. He's so hospitable and accommodating.

Rented a moped bike from Jungle surf. Al went above and beyond in teaching me to ride it. I felt comfortable within a few minutes and had the best time ever. Thank you Al! You’re the best and we highly recommend your rental. We will be back!
